As for functionality, it does the job☺
...the NewVape controller and heater coil were delivered in a smart ally case but without instructions. Just as well I have a brain the size of a small planet so I could figure it out lol but I also build my own annealing kilns so that helped too.
I started at 385degF, nice flavour but little fumes.
Took it to 450, bit more fumes, still nice taste.
Then final shot at 550degF, more fumes and still tasting good but by then it must have given all it could.
I got a quartz tube on the way so I'll try to see what temp is required to get the stuff smoking hot and work back from there.
The boro rig here could easily take the heat but still, heating it gently is better than instant shocking heat.

Dial in the temp control and you've got an uncovered evo bamboo/heater style setup with a screen instead of ELB lolShot of the bowl... you can see the screen dropped in place.
