stainless steel tubing, VERY small diam--how to find it??

Hi,
I'm working on an accessory for the DynaVap pieces and need to find a very small diameter tubing (inner hollow is size of Q-tip post). Could be another metal but prefer Stainless.

Where is that sold? Any local stores that would tend to have such small scale tubing?

Yeah, that is some small tubing.
If you have any in your area, you may want to try a hobby store. I have bought small hollow tubing in the past when I was trying to make a roll cage for my RC rock crawler.

I found this place on-line, it looks promising. They offer "Small Diameter Stainless Steel Tubing".

A lot of places have a minimum order which can make it cost prohibitive.

Try looking for 'capillary tubing'.
Ebay has a good selection but as with most stuff you may have to wait for it.

smallparts.com was purchased by Amazon. they have everything the home inventor needs.

Thanks, a giant hobby store opened nearby and I was already wondering if they might have something. I'll check them out.

I suggest that you look for stainless steel drinking straws, they can be found for cheap at amazon,ebay or even locally,i use them for my DIY resistor vapes.
