that is truly magnificent, it must be a full-time job I bet maintaining so much diverse plant life not to mention the fish. I wish I had that kind of talent and more importantly the patience for such a hobby. Thanks for sharing, I really enjoy looking at it

Thanks so much. It is a bunch of work sometimes but not that bad as long as I fertilize correctly. It's living artwork as far as I see it, ever changing.
If anyone is interested here is the thread for it - http://www.plantedtank.net/forums/1...-collecteritis-tank-updated-08-28-2013-a.html

Thanks @Squiby , that was the lack of high temp, it's much better now!

Ah. I thought it was a Heptapod splat. It's really cool either way Lol

Oh that's great, I need to get that symbol once the engraving machine is running again. It's beautiful and has some great deep meaning behind it. Common dynavap!
@VapCap any idea when this problem will be resolved?

You could upgrade from the Vapcap-S but you would have to buy the tip. It's worth it to upgrade to the Ti tip and condenser system right from the start in my opinion. As long as you have the core parts you can swap them into any compatible body.

Unfortunately it will only work with the TI tip. The VC glass s series is a good vape, it was my first introduction to VC, now I have 3 different ones with a few more to come. It's still in rotation and super easy to clean. The TI tip is totally worth it though. These people and their beautiful stems keep me coming back for more. A tip will run $40 bucks, then contact @phattpiggie or @Winegums for some real nice custom stems. I have a twist from phattpiggie that is out of this world (in my eyes). If not Dynavap has many great options, and I would recommend one you can attach to your favorite water pipe. They work SO WELL thru glass.

No idea how I got it to stay up like that. It wont anymore... but shorter/lighter VC's probably would.
This just makes things way too convenient..as if this thing wasnt already convenient enough.
Butane weight probably helped... and after using it you have a little less butane, and a little less weight.

The other day I was cleaning my VapCap, get the c-rings out, torch my fine steel screen, and realized I could just use my dowel to push the screen up a little bit past the notch... 75% capacity makes it easier to get those one hit stems! Just the glass OG Cap, haven't gotten around to getting the new screens. TBH I like the fine metal screen more than the previous ones I had used.

So for those of you who have them, I remember people talking about a storage container inside the dynastash, like a glass tube. Anyone found a viable solution? A link would be greatly appreciated. I'm trying to acquire an XL version but I have never been a fan of wood and bud together, especially when it's dank. Tends to stick to the stash to much.
Thanks again everyone. This is such a great thread!

I second this. I have an ER version and I still carry my bud in a seperate doobtoob on the go. It kinda defeats the purpose. The doobtube isn't the best to get material, but it keeps the smellz in

If I enjoyed writing a bit more, English was my native language and I had such great flow of thought I would probably end up with a post almost exactly like this one as well! :D:D:D:tup::tup::tup::nod::nod::nod::clap::clap::clap::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:
You have demonstrated the "vapcap boomerang effect"!
The fact that it now sits on its throne at the top of your signature really says something. You deterred from it for a while didnt you, before finally realising it is actually more satisfying than the other options you explored.

And now you seem very glad to be home again, with no need to go out much!

I also stopped using it, admittedly mostly because of my hand issues, but also because I didnt realise how good it is.
I hope my induction heater works for me as I hope it will. I really want the Omni to be a regular servant for me to complement any other vape I may use in time to come.

To have it on tap will be a perfect compliment to a heavy hitter desktop which may rewuire larger loads and consume more weed.
To be able to mix and match with small bowls for maximum effect is such a novelty.

I hope in time, when my infections are gone and nervous system repaired, improving my bodies structural strength, I may be able to find a way to use a torch out and about.

I would have got the portable heater from Pipes had it not been a lot more expensive than than the jarhead. Maybe down the line.:)

Sorry everyone, trying to make it past my computer handicap and join the 21st century at last. Have never posted any photos before because of this but a recent experience has inspired me to overcome this challenge. I made a post seeking help in fixing my broken mp and soon after I received a PM, I'm sure most folks on this thread can guess the rest of the story;). Despite the fact that we see postings all the time about the kindness and generosity of Dynavap it is altogether something different when it actually happens to you. George reached out to me offering to replace the broken mp and of course I happily accepted the kind offer. My signature green package arrived yesterday and upon opening it I was shocked by the extravagance of his kindness. The picture tells it all, 3 beautiful mp's in matching green cases:bowdown::bowdown::bowdown::bowdown:. Thank you so much George, thanks not only for sharing the beauty of your creations but the beauty of your heart.

Yes, it's great. I vape soft pliable Afghani Hash by pinching off a tiny piece and flattening it between my fingers to create a thin pancake. For rock solid Moroccan Hash, I cut a razor thin slice off the chunk and pop it in the Vapcap.

You may need to heat low on the cap for higher vaping temps and slightly past the click.
Rock solid 'hash' isn't proper hash in my experience. Think about it hash is made from resin which should only solidify if frozen or if some cretin has added ground up vinyl records or epoxy glue hardener to the mix - tastes like shit too.

Hash can absolutely be rock solid. I used to make hash from course dry sifted kief from super dry buds, and a tiny bit of hash oil as a binder. It turned out solid as a rock after a few weeks of curing and pressing. In retrospect I didn't need to press it that much, and my technique was primitive as fuck (I used to sift onto magazine paper after grinding bud in a coffee grinder...). Still it was made from 100% cannabis, no additives or non cannabis binder.

Quick question , Does Dynavap actually send out a regular newsletter ?? I signed up by email and have never seen anything from them . Just curious ...

Wow, how late am I on this one? ! Totally forget that!
There was one time an attempt to do a sale; the "Matt weekly sales" or something like that back in November (maybe, can't found my post again) with sales on ebony woody, titanium screen (half price) and other stuff.
I don't know if it was a success on DV's side but I jumped on it!
I hope we'll see more events like that in the future!

We finally get to see what you've been hiding under your cloak, and it's hauntingly beautiful! Using that body will definitely leave you in high spirits!
:freak:

Ho Yeah! Starring at all these details especially when high, is mesmerizing!

About your pareidolia, I'm surprised you didn't saw a face on that body.
Or maybe am I the only one to see it?:mental:

MG_5935-2_01.jpg

Looks like an evil monkey, or something like that :tinfoil:

Amazing color!!
Hell yeah, and the grain man... His feel, his looking and the weight of it. Definitely my favorite wood body (for the moment :freak:)
George bring us some real pieces of art, as well as functional vapes

Oh my, that is the most gorgeous stem I've seen in a while. Was that a custom order? I'd love to find that stem and mouthpiece myself. Great pic
Thank you ;)
Back in November, when I started my order, there was just a few burl bodies remaining and none of them was truly unique.
So as I knew that my customs demands was going to take times (custom stash, custom cap... ) I've chosen to wait for the next batch of burl, with the hope to see some truly unique pieces.
Almost three months later, the mighty batch of burl was here and Matt sent me a little selection of the few two toned burl available.
It was very difficult to choose the one, they were all awesome!

That is a beautiful Vapcap you have there. It definitely has soul!
"VapCap, the vaporizer with a soul in, and on it"

MG_5935.jpg

Thanks a lot! Since the beginning I was wanting a two-toned burl.
He's now permanently settled on my Omnivap, and I think I tend to use it (even) more than before, just because he's so visually appealing

@almost there, what a nice and lovely surprise! That's so kind.
One more line to add in the book of SantaGeorge :myday:
