Is it different? It looked like the same whip with a new elbow.

The new whip only has a plastic elbow that is new. The glass adapter piece doesn't even come with the whip.
Made of the same high-quality materials as our original 3 Ft Whip System, with just a little twist; a 90-degree twist, in fact. Our new Premium Whip System has an elbow piece that attaches to the bowl to prevent those annoying kinks and keep your whip firmly in place. Not to mention it's pretty swell with the bubbler.

The Premium Whip includes the elbow bowl coupling, 3ft silicone tubing and mouthpiece.

*** The photos demonstrate the premium whip in use, the glass accessories and Herbalizer unit are not included.

Seriously there's nothing special about the bubbler or the whip. Herbalizer is just extremely late to the game as we've been hooking up our glass for years.

I vote for marijuana
So wouldn't it have the same draw resistance as the stock whip?

Which made the stock whip unenjoyable to use in the first place?

I wish I could justify spending $250 on the bubbler but:

This actually works really well. I don't even use the bowl coupling anymore, I just stick the other end of the whip directly in the bowl.

Believe it or not there is barely any draw resistance in spite of the small diameter of the whips. I got it with the power adapter bundle for my MFLB. One day I got curious and decided to try the oribiter with my herbalizer...got high as fuck.

It seriously is a perfect fit and works perfectly too. You could have convinced me this shit was intended. It's almost as big of a coincidence as The Dark Side of The Moon mashing up perfectly with The Wizard of Oz.

I'm having some issues with my Herbalizer that I was hoping you guys could help me out with. For less than a month it worked perfectly and it was quickly becoming my favorite vape. now, it evenly and fully heats the material I put in the chamber but I'm not getting any vapor production from it. I've changed the screens so that's not the issue, and I'm using the SteamRoller so I can't think of what else it could be. Has anyone else had this problem, and if so how did you fix it?

Hello fellow herbs consumers.

I am in need of help. I am from europe and i bought the herbalizer via a friend of mine who brought it from the US. Being an absolute idiot, I pluged it right in the european grid, resulting in a puff of smoke. A friend of mine, who understands electronics better than i do, found out that I blew the capacitor. He ordered a new one and it just arriver. Unluckily, one more part has been damaged. It is a microcircuit on the circuit board. The problem is, we cant read the code or name or whatever was written on top of the part, because it fried away during the accident. The friend of mine thinks that if he replaced it, the herbalizer could work. So, my question is, has any of you ever been inside your herbalizer? Or would you be willing to open yours up (its just a couple of screws) and read for me the name of the part i need to replace? It would be terrific if you guys could help me out.
The broken part is circled on the picture of the circuit board.
Thank you!

Sorry to hear this, but even if you were to fix it, you can only sell it because it's my understanding that as of now the Herbalizer can only work in the USA. If you plug it into another countries voltage you will damage it and void the warranty. I am not 100% sure though, maybe someone else can chime in? Worst case you might have to sell in 2nd hand as is.

I played around with the bowl and got one bag out of a bowl, which is an improvement from nothing, but it used to consistently give out at least 2. It's still heating the herb as well as it used to, and it's getting me where I want to be, but I feel like I'm wasting herb. So for all you Herbalizer owners out there: Is it normal to get only one bag per bowl? And if I'm only getting one bag is my Herbalizer not performing at maximum capacity?

1 bag per bowl is definitely low. I usually get 3 good bags out of a bowl.

Are you sure it doesn't have to do with the quality of your bud? Have you tried the material in a different vape?

Has your ambient conditions changed? I keep mine in my garage, and I definitely see decreased performance when it's colder out.

I've gotten two different strains and they both looked and smelled great but still underperformed. I keep mine in the house so it couldn't be the external temperature affecting the performance either. Are there any other factors that would affect the performance?

Hey thanks for your reply. I believe that if i can fix it i will be able to use it with a device for changing the voltage from 220 to 110 (dont know the word for it). so i stay optimistic :) i just need to know what part to look for.

I'm not an expert here but there are several posts on this thread about using the Herbie in Europe. It is not just the voltage. Frequency is also important. Herbie is made to operate at 60Hz and you are probably on a 50Hz grid. Good luck.

On Euro grid, getting the correct voltage does not solve the problem. The frequency (MHZ) is different and
Herbie is sensitive to that. Some have lived with incorrect frequency but some have died.....
That's why Herbie won't ship to Europe.

NOTE: ages ago (a year or more?), they were working on a Euro version BUT that got sidetracked and no one knows if that will happen or not????

Good luck with a fix....

Well, any of what was said doesnt really help. Can any of you take a look at the motherboard and tell me the name of the part? Its not much work and if your herbie is after warranty there is nothing to fear. thanks!

I am not going to open mine up for you in or out of warranty but a quick google search of Herbalizer circuit board yielded some results and i was able to find this for you , as you go down the page you will see a picture of the board - https://www.v8pe.com/blogs/news/7808949-hot-or-not-herbie-aka-the-herbalizer-vaporizer

I found this exact photo prior to even writing here. It doesnt help though because you cant figure the name of the part in such bad resolution.

Hi all,

I'm thinking about buying the steamroller, or a water tool, for my Herbalizer. I don't know much at all about either of these devices.

Based on the bit of research I've done, I'm leaning towards the Herbalizer brand steamroller, unless there's a better one for Herbie out there. I have a spinal cord injury, so the idea of extra cleaning seems like more of a bitch than I think I'd want to deal with, but I guess it would depend on if the pros outweigh the cons.

From what I understand, water tools seem to need a lot more maintenance than steamrollers do. I saw a video of someone saying they clean their hydratube every day. Also, is it wise to avoid the whip in the chain? If so, I'd want a hydratube and not a bubbler, correct? Is a hydratube a water tool that sits on the bowl, whereas a bubbler connects to the whip, and sits on a table?

Can you give me your opinions on what the best option would be, given what I typed above?

Also, if I want an Herbalizer steamroller, what are the pros and cons of the bent vs straight shapes? The bent one is on sale, so I'm leaning towards that one. I read a post where somebody said they thought the bent one would be easier to hit, but I don't think they had personal experience with them.

Thanks.

Whenever vapor passes through glass, some of it will be deposited on the internal walls of that glass. The glass you choose does not really affect this, although obviously a larger internal surface area provides more area for the vapor to "stick to".

I have used original VapeXhale glass, china glass and locally blown glass and can't tell much of a difference. As such, I only buy dhgate glass now. Of course, it doesn't help that I am the clumsiest person known to man!

I also prefer the bent-neck models, as they are easier to use ergonomically.

Whether you use water or not is a personal preference (assuming the piece in question is intended for use with water). I actually use my glass dry most of the time for better flavor

As always, YMMV.
