Now I'm confused :hmm: This link opens a beautiful Cocobolo DynaStash which I have added to my shopping cart, but if I enter the website via the usual portal.. https://www.dynavap.com ... it's not there  Makes me wonder what else I'm not seeing. Makes me hesitate before pulling the trigger on my order.

I purchased the Dynastash Cocobolo, late last week. It should be here mid-late week.

I would recommend contacting customer support directly. You will likely have a definitive answer within a days time.

Nice, thanks for the link man! That one wasn't coming up as an option on the accessories page for some reason.

Just pulled the trigger on the cocobolo omni, dynastash, some spare o-rings, screens and hemp fiber. Can't wait to fire this baby up!
No problem bud! Good choice, that stash is next on my list.

It doesn't show on the shop for me either.

So, I tried my old screen on my new omnivap tip and that one doesn't stay in the slots either.

Even at the lowest depth it becomes loose and I'll randomly find it nearly sideways and have to readjust it.

Great shots again and thanks for posting the settings it's helping me understand my camera a bit more.
Sorry for the late thanks but hey, thanks man! Better late than never! This week was a bit busy, as the sun start to shine!

Your twisted paduak stem is really stunning, the grain and the feeling of this piece is incredible!
Although, your little making of on your thread is a real breath taking!

Oh and talking about the camera's settings, I don't know if thats sarcasm but your recents pictures are honoring your work a lot more!

I was willing to explain these numbers to you (and others) last week, but was too 'capped and, you know how it goes :science:!

So here we goes for a tiny off-topic:

The 35mm number stand for the focal length which is a measure that indicates the angle of view of the camera lens.
This 35mm lens is my favorite, close to human angle of view, wonderful bokeh, sharp details...

The other 3 informations, are part of what we call the Exposure Triangle composed by :

Aperture (the size of the hole in your lens, made with blades and named "diaphragm")

ISO (the film or captor's light sensibility)

Shutter speed (amount of time of film's light exposure.)

And as a picture speak better than a thousand words:

Aesthetic_Exposure_Triangle2.jpg

I hope that this is understandable, that's a bit tricky to explain that to another language !

Thanks again, sometimes I wonder how good it would look if a professional like yourself took the picture. Keep up the awesome shots!
Wow thanks for this, I have to carefully watch my ego aha!
You have such an amazing collection of.... everything... a single session won't be enough to honor the beauty of your pieces!
By the way, I think we'll be wasted after such a session ahah! :science:

Love my omni. Great improvement over my woody.

How does everyone use there airflow adjustment? At the moment i am taking the first cycle with the mouthpiece screwed all the way in. Then when i do further hits i screw out the mouthpiece for more air. Later hits can be harsher so this conteracts this nicely.
I tend to use a closed carb if I use it with a water piece, and 90% closed when mouthpuffing. Then gradually I open the airflow a bit more as reclaim is building up :D

Has anyone use PBW to clean their omni or titanium pieces? Just a little hesitant to ruin my beautiful omni.
I don't have PBW anymore as I reclaim everything with ethanol now, but it was great and inert on the volcano solid valve and other metal parts.
If I recall correctly, PBW only react on organic matter, so you should be fine using it with titanium.

On a side note, when I don't want to reclaim, the cheapest way I've find is acetone (you can reclaim with lab grade acetone but that's another story). On metal this is a wonder, after many years I haven't found something more quick and cheap.
Beware with plastic material, acetone can melt it.

I've been trying out different settings on my 35mm digital since I've seen yours and they've been a great help, so no sarcasm intended. Any recent pictures which look better are down to you, many thanks.

@phattpiggie, I'm glad for being helpful, that's a pleasure to help!
And about that if you want more help or advice, fell free to ask me I will do the best that I can!

And that's good for every fellow vapcaper, if I can help you I'll do it with pleasure! :D

On a side note, I've just finished the shoot of the week and I'm really happy about the result!
Gonna polish that a little :whip:

PBW should be just fine. It won't harm Ti or glass or even the rubber o-rings.

What you should NOT use PBW on is anodized finishes. I found this out the hard way when I tried to clean my Space Case Ti grinder. It stripped off the anodized finish to bare aluminum instantly . . .

There are tons of things they have that are not on the site right now, actually. Best bet is to talk right to them directly.

I don't clean my vapcap very often and it gets clogged a lot lol. Sometimes the carb hole is completely gooed up and I have to clear it with an iron lung pull.

I was showing off my vapcap to my sister and we couldn't hear the click lol. We were just sitting outside on a rock in the country. So strange. Just my luck too.

This week, for my Quick Pic, I went into the Grid, because they was saying that on the other side of the screen, it all look easy....

Hey guys, I'm sure it's been asked but I don't know if I've ever caught the answer;

Do any of the dynastashes hold the torch lighter in addition to the vapcap? I feel like that would be a big selling point for me.

Nice pic and a good example for the logo is bothering the view and lines of grain.
Nothing against the nice logo of DynaVap but its bothering my sense of aesthetics when on bodies and stems.
Therefore I've ordered my new ones and my DynaStash without logo - Matt said, its possible.
For my liking the logo on the tip is sufficiently.

The Grid. A digital frontier. I tried to picture photons of light as they moved through the camera. What did they look like? Padauk twists? Motorcycles? Was the lens like a freeway? I kept dreaming of a world I thought I'd never see. And then, one day... I got in!

You've really outdone yourself this time @TheVaporist!

Gave my old vapcap to my father yesterday. He hasn't used it yet, but I'm interested to see how it does in the hands of somebody less experienced at vaporizing.

I'm headed to Florida next month, I have one ready to give to my mom, who recently had a stroke, trying to keep it simple. She only smokes, but complains about the harshness. I'm interested to see how she does with it also. Hoping she won't have issues cleaning it or re mounting the screen after cleaning when I'm not around.

I agree with you @Hogni. I have never liked logos and none of my clothes or cars have any.

Next order to DynaVap will be sans logo.

Thank you for making me spend more money.

I agree with you @Hogni. I have never liked logos and none of my clothes or cars have any.
I mildly disagree, just for myself of course. I have been in the automotive business for a long time. This leads to racing like F1, and Indy cars for example, and then there is the vape world. Sponsors pay a lot of $$$ to make things happen and we have to be thankful for them and for vape companies like VapeXhale, DynaVap etc. I love the race track branding style and my sig reflects that. These are folks that have put up a lot of creativity and $$$ to make incredible things happen and it is appropriate to celebrate their contribution.

Now for the alligator or horse on your shirt? Not interested. Status symbols are not my thing. I will never own a Rolex not matter how much they advertise in F1 events. Also, I will never buy any branded material if I'm not at an event like a race or something or buying and using vapes for example.

I have t-shirts from VapeXhale, DynaVap, Herbalizer, autographed hats from CART drivers that I met in person like Alex Zanardi, Sebastian Bourdais, Danica Patrick, and many, many, more. I wear these items with pride because they represent important contributions to my life experience.

So for those that have the Omi, I have the vong and love the spinning mouth piece, how well put does the mouth piece stay once you set it? Does it have a locking nut or something? I would hate for it to move as I'm trying to heat it up and spin it. I just don't know if I want to give up the spinning mouth piece, helps so much when heating. Thanks

..Omi..how well put does the mouth piece stay once you set it?

It stays set due to friction. As you rotate the mouthpiece, the threaded stem extends/retracts within the body. The friction of pushing the stem in/out of the body (between the o-ring and the inner surface of the body) + rotational friction in the threading mechanism itself keep the Omni setting from changing. This gives good resistance to change. Not hard when done intentionally, won't change by itself. Works perfectly.
