Earlier in this thread I believe there is indeed a wHip mentioned that works with the ZephYr

I have yet to order one but since Bruce said Jan. :( I am pondering the idea of ordering one.

Me too...lOOking back of this thread Bruce has stated Spring of 2010, then Summer of 2010 and now Jan. of 2011

From what I hear the ZephYr is taking off like craZy, and I realize that the company is not making money by providing these whips for free to us.

I can imagine Bruce is thinking why O why did I ever promise these guy's a free Whip upgrade???

This thing has been in the works for a year now, whip it out already!!

Sorry to be such a pain in the arSe Bruce...but we want to be whiPPed! ;)

This? I believe all the box vapes are taking the same size of whip so... :/

18mm female opening n/p there, or were you referring to some other aspect of the whip that is not compatible with the ZephYr.

i don't think you really need the whip..just the food/medical grade tubing and there mouth piece to attach to the tip of the zerphyr ion.

if you really wanna get down to it all you need is a tube i guess. i like having a glass part that just easily slips on and off though.

Oh god.

I have a 10 machine, so yeah. Ordered from VaporizerKits, who threw in some presents and a nice note (yay!). No leaks that I can detect from smell or sight. I don't really trust zip ties as a bag securing mechanism but eh, they work.

Unit produces vapor. I'm playing with the temperatures from that vaporization guide thing and it - yeah it makes vapor. @_@ Smell on par with my LB, the Woodeez is more detectable imho. I wish the mouthpieces had a stem of some sort, at least something so I can lip seal better. im so high ic ant fiash witi g

first off.. whatsup annn sheeeit everybody!! found this site today as i was researching vapes. just ordered myself a Zephyr about an hour ago :D cant wait!! Usually my weapon of choice is a FAAAT blunt, but my lungs are starting to disagree.. that and the combination of discovering that apparently..vaping gives you something like 90 % of the thc... waaaay more than bongs/pipes/blunts/joints.. oh and the efficiency. Used plenty of vapes before but i couldn't pass up the Ion.. even with the money to afford the Cano, i see no reason to pass up the Ion. A few of my friends have Cano's and i won't lie, i love the way they hit me, but the Zephyr seems to do the SAME job as well as add other features. Hope it's everything this forum has made it out to be.. Bruce def. seems to be the f*ing MAN!! so i am completely confident with my purchase.. will post review once i get my shaking hands on it!!! :brow: :ninja:

just got mine and can i say i'm in love? this thing kicks ass! going to have to call some friends over this weekend to share the love.

not only does it vape biomass (yeah, love that term Bruce) beautifully, but it really functions very well as an aromatherapy diffuser.

i don't know which function excites me more!!

I'm running a cheap, low quality geranium oil in this thing and it smells much better than it does on one of those tea candle type oil diffusers. I believe it is because i am able to run it at a specific temperature so that the more delicate components aren't destroyed.
I love the fact that i will not be dealing with burnt oils, open flames, or very hot water and the fact that i can really pick apart these oils in a way that i have never been able to do before. turning up the temperature gradually allows me to experience the whole range of beneficial components in each oil, something i have never been able to do before. I love the idea of being able to target specific constituents in each oil - the therapy potential for this thing, at least in my home, will be great.

There is a fine line to walk in keeping up with orders of the units. and taking care of the ones that have already paid...don't get me wrong for one second. Customer Service so I have read has been STELLAR. I'm just say'in ;)

Your point is valid but the problem is, I don't have an honest answer. Last I was told, the software in November and the Whip in January,... why don't I come out with this information? Because I don't want to be accused of BS come mid November and January. I have been told by my software guys that it is "almost Ready" for so long that I fear vaporware myself... the whip,... well can't get into the details but it is still coming.
