What's in your vape right now?

I've got something that we've dubbed Athlete's Foot!!:\
...
Fast forward home, On presenting the goods, my S.O. opened the jar, where upon smelling the bud, just shouted out, "the "fucking c*nt's!" With the disgust that I had envisaged,"
"It smells like Athletes Foot!" Hence the name!
:puke:
That actually sounds like a 'cheese' strain that went bad, and turned into toe cheese!

:smug::zzz:
Hopefully the effect was also cheese-like.

Getting a good deal when buying in bulk is great, but the downside is I get a bit sick of the particular strains by the end.

I'm finally into the last few grams of some Master Martian (very nice, citrus vibe) and Silver Bubble (less good, candy flavours). Next up is Homegrown Fantaseeds' Armageddon & a homespun cross of DNA's Sour Cream & Chocolope. Hurray!

Kind of cheating here, but just got a disposable W pen with sour something or another (I forget). It's an Indica strain, whatever it is. I've tried the Oasis pens with mixed results going towards more of a disappointed experience. However, 2 pulls from this guy and boy am I feeling it. I wish they would develop these in a way where the vapor is clear and not white/clear.

@grokit, re toe cheese; that is a very accurate and fair description. Although I will say, that the sedative effect is on par with the 'heavy indica' vibe, but we just can't get past that taste, oh and that smell! WTF? :ugh:
To be fair, I respect Skunk#1 - I mean who doesn't? Especially from the breeding perspective, as it sure does add weight 'and other positives' to a hybrid project, but the Cheese pheno! No no no, that's just plain wrong, about as wrong as wrong can be!!

The thing is, that over here in the UK, they just love it, at first I though it must be some 'foolish' patriotic thing! But then again on further analysis, I can see the favorable 'commercial aspect' of this strain, i.e. strength and weight. Which I guess from the point of view of both the vendor and the consumer is what its all about, But from the point of view of a connoisseur, then nah, no way! :nope:

So I guess it really is what it is, 'Athletes Foot' aka 'Toe Cheese' - for those 'fucks' with a sick/nasty, foot (or is that toe-sucking,) fetish that reveals itself in their weed choice! Lol! And also for the likes of us, i.e., desperate to the point of hypocrisy! - Sorry had to get that one in, before anyone else did! ;)

Your so right... and UK smokers fucking love it...

I think it's so popular among smokers in the UK as they don't have much high grade to choose from. And cheese has a pungent strong smell that people arnt used to...

Cheese is a favourite for amature, low quality growers.... which is most in the UK, quick profit, fuck quality...
You pretty much can't get it wrong... its very easy to grow, and no matter how bad you grow cheese, it still smells like cheese, and people buy it...

I live very close to Luton, where the first pheno of skunk#1 was discovered...so the market round here is flooded with it...
Iv sampled many examples, and they all taste crap in a vape...

I was gonna grow it, just to see how I could make it come out, but can't see the mileage in producing something I don't like...

This is a good one for day but yet it's also great for pain and anxiety. This strain has a nice lemon taste. It gets you medicated without the couch lock.
It came with a nice thick glass jar that I can keep as a stash jar - the name on the jar is Raven Grass, which is the farm who grew it.

This was a 1/4 z originally. It was part of a really great sale I hit on Dec 31st. They had everything 25% off.

That looks beautiful. Now that my friend is no longer with the boyfriend growing for dispensaries I have to buy from them. It is so expensive. The amount in that picture would be well over $100. I just bought some blue magoo and really like it. Not too sedating and not too stimulating. A nice hybrid. I bought a small amount of that, GS platinum, and blue dream but haven't gotten to the last 2 yet.

@kellya86, I'm glad that at least someone else in the UK (other than my S.O.) can see/smell cheese for what it is, i.e. Only for the desperate! :( I suppose it could be deemed the 'herbal; equivalent of Meths, or some other kinda low grade rot!

You say you live down Luton way! Ouch, then I really do feel sorry for you, I really do, cos down there is truly the epicenter for Cheese, innit? Isn't that where the Exodus community (the originators of the 'Cheese' pheno) were situated? I just can't even begin to balance why people would even begin to like the smell or taste, of this fucking awful crap! The smell is what I'd envisage the butt crack of a marathon runner to smell like - just after the race! :ugh:

How the fuck would anyone (sane) want to ingest that with relish? I tell you what, (if you want to save your money, then) just go up to a 'grimey' down and out -(no diss meant, merely illustrating a point) - and offer them a couple of bucks to rub your finger behind their ears, and then smell it! Yeah that's right, right there on your fingertip, is your fucking cheese smell! yuk!! Cheese = Festering Underwear!!

Your sentiment re "no mileage in producing something I don't like" is spot on, although I gotta say the King Kong Auto (Gorilla Glue#4 x WW + Cheese reversed) was an exception, that was not bad. Although the breeder claimed the Cheese was put there simply for the weight, I had to cut it down after 6 weeks cos of the sour pannacotta smell that it had developed! But for a 6weeker, it was good - better than this Athlete's Foot stuff that I'm enduring until the end of the month! The only bailout here, is that this 'Toe Cheese' does have medicinal qualities, and the Hash Brownies offer an alternative.

PS: By the way, the next Gorilla Glue that I'm thinking of trying is Gorilla Bomb, (Gorilla Glue#4 x THC Bomb) from Bomb Seeds!;)

I actually live in a lovely town in Hertfordshire...

Just far enough away from luton...

Don't want people thinking I live in the ghetto....

But close enough to be flooded with tramps ear.... (cheese)

Luckily I don't really care whats about, I have jars of lovingly grown, well cured, frosty nugs...

Last time I was offered cheese it was £20 for 1.2g..... go fuck yourself..
Selling McDonald's for steak prices....

:tup:Mind if I join you experts? I'm a recovering joint smoker (I don't smoke tobacco btw), who is planning his first vape - done some ghetto vaping before and I liked it. I'm jealous of the choice of weeds some of you have... and also of the very expert-like analyses of them !

Anyway, these days I mix OG Kush and nice soft yellow Lebanse hash. I like the Lebanse effects. I read an analysis that it's 1 THC : 1 CBD. It has a nice body buzz, relaxing. Not much mindfuck.

I grew up on this sort of hash, plus the Afghan hash of course (the soft, black, pungent smelling). It disappeared for long time; less exports from Lebanon or so but since a few years it's back.

The OG Kush is a good complement. Like all weeds here it's a THC monster. But this one's less paranoid than some others. I think chemically weed is mainly determined by THC, CBD and terpenes, right? All the strains here are high THC and near zero CBD. So the difference in effects must be in the terpenes? Hmmm .. I have a lot to learn :-)

The mix is relaxed but energetic. I'm always looking for higher CBD strains. I'm guessing I'd love a 2 THC : 1 CBD strain. Any suggestions, so I know what to search for? Hoping I can get it here in The Netherlands (which is way less liberal than some US states, when it comes to cannabis). Hope this will change, one day!!

I'm always looking for higher CBD strains.

My favorite high CBD strains are:

Remedy. Indica hybrid. Very high CBD, something like 15:1 CBD. Nice mild high but super potent painkiller. My very favorite. I grew this and will again. It's fantastic. Can you buy seeds where you are?

Harlequin. Sativa. Nice light daytime high.

Hawaiian Snow. Sativa. Nice energy and good pain meds.

The dispensaries that I have dealt with did not really carry the high CBD strains. I asked them to specifically stock some varieties and they did. It took a few months but now they always have a few varieties to choose from.

I really love the higher CBD strains. The milder high means that I can remain functional and the pain melting and inflammation reducing properties are good medicine.

:tup:Great suggestions! There is a reasonable choice where I live, but no high-CBD strains. Seeds are no problem, I can buy everything, and I'm looking hard at growing my own plants....

Hi guys. Maybe you already know (or maybe not interested since many of you don't have to worry about...), but there are many "high" CBD strains that are legal in EU. Sure, high CBD (where high is 3-5%) and no THC (0,2%). I'm experimenting some qualities mixed with psychoactive strains and the result is tasty and very interesting. So in my vape right now there's a mix of Finola, a (so so) Cheesy Indica and some golden, sweet reclaim. In the VapCap, is delicious...

@TwistedGray EDIT: the benefits of CBD are not so popular in EU for what I know (for the moment!) so traditionally the product of Cannabis cultivation are fiber and seeds. Maybe in Holland things are different, because of their tradition. Anyway I'm pretty sure that cultivating a dioecious strain with the goal of a "sinsemilla" female will raise oils and so the CBD a lot. Off topic & cultivation Combo... please forgive.

And in my vape right now is my own Sativa, an hermaphrodite strain... ehm. ok, enough.
