That is incorrect.

THC-A becomes Delta 9 THC after decarboxylation occurs. Decarboxylation is a chemical reaction that removes a carboxyl group and releases carbon dioxide (CO2). Usually, decarboxylation refers to a reaction of carboxylic acids, removing a carbon atom from a carbon chain.

Same for the other cannabinoids. CBD-A becomes CBD through decarboxylation.
Yeah! What he said. :ninja:

Get some, @lwien , for science and all that jazz :brow: but be sure to give a field report!

I was just talking to someone how I haven't had bubble hash in so long and lo and behold an old friend called me whom I hadn't talked with in years, who had picked up two hitchhikers from Northern CA lol and they had a bunch of bubble hash.

60 an eighth I could dig that but kinda pricey IMO was hoping 50 but just 10 dollars. I smoked some and was happy with it, now back home so I can finally see what the Vapman hype is surrounding hash :)

Hi @A1 why your bud is only showing THCA and no THC? I thought THCis becoming THCA while decarb process...please correct me if I misunderstood.

To calculate the potential amount of delta9THC correctly you have to multiply THCa by 0.88, then again by 0.75, then add in the already existing delta9THC.
The formula looks like this:
20.7x0.88x0.75+0.6=14.26%

For an explanation of the formula go here:

Og kush.... reserva privada....

This strain is beautifully sweet....
The camera doesn't do it justice....
I wish I had some OG kush right now. It's one of my favourite strains as it's what I grew up on. The taste of pine and lemons backed by wood and earthy tones.

Their strains can be confusing. Is yours the OG Kush #18 by Reserva Privada or the OG Kush by R Privada?
What's the difference between those two, that sound so "the same" ?

Looks beautiful to me.........good enough to...vape :)
Those colas look gigantic. How long are they, in inches for us dank Yanks?

This is original og kush...
#18 og kush is number 18 of 40 og plants that were refeminised...
#18 is supposed to be more fuely....

I'm working my way through the classics, saving 100 (top colo) grams from each classic strain.

These get a 6 month cure, then deep storgage...
I am creating a classic cannabis strain library...
So in 10 years time, I'll have an amazing selection of the favourites...

Og kush...
Super skunk#1...
northern lights...
Ak47...
Amnesia haze...
And so on....

Them colas are only about a foot long...maybe 14inch...
Not impressive when compared to outdoor monsters, or large indoor grows...

My setup is geared more towards stealth, and quality, than yield, due to living in prohibition land...

But I average 9 to 12 oz, growing 2 to 3 plants...
Every 3 months...
This is more than enough for one man...
I don't have friends to share with....

I've got the interest and the motivation to grow. But I've also got kids running around and I'm not sure how I'd keep it all on the down low. I have spent lots and lots of time thinking about it and almost pulled the trigger on a stealth cabinet. But my greatest concern was that I wouldn't be able to conceal the fan noise, nor the going down and up to and from the basement to monitor things when currently I tend never to go down there. A buddy of mine does an excellent job and shares generously when we get to see each other. Trying to convince him to double his operation; I'd much prefer knowing exactly where mine is coming from. But so far no go...

I am a full on family man....
I have kids from 4 to 14 in my house, 5 of them at weekends...

No one has a clue what happens in the house...
Fan noise is muffled by an exhaust, or with led lighting, very little extraction is needed...
And I only have to check on it every 4 or 5 days...
This is bordering on me getting told off now, so I'll stop....

I am passionate about getting people to make their own product, it's made cannabis so much more enjoyable for me. I want everyone to have unlimited, free, high quality stash....

That said, I can't wait to visit a dispensary when I come to the states in May......

And @Squiby I doubt they would make it to your remote, cold neck of the woods...

Not a problem, the Postal Service is alive and well here. Maybe when things get a bit more legal we can mail sharsies to each other.

That said, I can't wait to visit a dispensary when I come to the states in May......

As great as homegrown is, and it is, dispensaries offer a huge selection. Variety is the spice of life after all.

My first visit to a CO dispensary was like a walk thru heaven. The smell was truly heavenly with dozens of BIG jars of cannabis, each holding more goodness than I had ever seen at one time :)
That feeling of being able to pick from a HUGE selection, each being a world class strain was out of this world!!!

Bring a "drool bucket" as I'm sure you'll be drooling over the goodies ;)

My current stash, more-or-less. I think I am going to try and smoke a brisket with some of the flowers in my electric smoker. Might also try to reclaim the smoke! We'll see...

Raspberry Kush
Smell is amazing; this one is full Indica. I have had a few hybrids in the past.
i-bNVvWxB-L.jpg

Monster Cookies (same as yesterday)
Large leaves, purple colors, just looks and smells great. It's an Indica dominate hybrid. I liked the toned down lighting in this one...must have moved in front of the sun or something, but I think the white balance is off slightly. Either way, looking at this picture I see the top of a dragon head so it's a win.
i-7tsbPT7-L.jpg

Super Jack
This is a pretty little Sativa which comes from Super Silver Haze x Jack Herer.
i-rJCNkdc-L.jpg

Mango Kush CBD 2:1
This has 8.5% CBD to 4% THC and it's an Indica dominate on the THC end.
i-XqS5z84-L.jpg

Epic Purple
THC levels are above 20% for what it's worth, vapes good and smells great...the most important stuff.
i-G4vZC74-L.jpg

Headband
I think a few of you have had this one before, but it's a Sativa 50:50 mixed with Sour Diesel x OG Kush. Pretty high THC for a Sativa (17%).
i-3sG65N2-L.jpg

Black Diesel
Sour Diesel's angry cousin. It's an Sativa dominated hybrid. It comes from Sour Diesel and mystery Indica.
