Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud EVO

Lo and Behold! The transformative power of Vapor.
I haven't ordered ELBs in a long time, but when I did they came 4 in a single package. Just shoot VXL a message and I am sure they will take care of you.
I shot one off within an hour of opening the box....( I'm cool now. :D) Asking the same question thereas to how they are supposed to come packaged. Mentioned USPS's lateness as an aside, A descriptive mentioning as to how it arrived packed and opened. And even me checking the floor. :haw: Perhaps they have someone handpack it and I say got the 2 pk bag meant for an EVO. :hmm:

I try to be optimistic and believe that the wide information I sent them about my order will help them find any snafu on their end. Then correct my order and perhaps mention what did or could have happened.
Have tried to go in with the attitude with other vape companys, especially newer ones, that my information about what happened on my end will reach the right person who can later catch the problem. Like I'm helping with keeping them honest. Mistakes happen, but if their is a pattern. Well....... Y'know. They would want to know that. I would like to think optimistically anyway.
:peace:

Ordered a 4 pack from EVO direct and only got two baskets. USPS dragged it around, then this problem to ponder when I opened the box.

So, Does the 4 pk of basket screens come in a single bag or just two to a single bag? Was I meant to get two bags of two insted of the one I got today is what I'm getting at. :sherlock: Trying to make sense of this mixup.

Even crawled on the floor. In case say two fell out due to my anticipation. Nope. I want to be able to rec'd EVO direct, but this incomplete order. Why?

Anybody have any probs with EVO and ordering? How are they on correcting orders?

Sigh. What went wrong?
Yeah, mine came four in a small plastic zip lock bag. I agree....contact VXH CS. I found them to be highly responsive.

Please don't stress over it. I know that money is money, but to put a bit of perspective on it, I believe that they are $20 for four...thereabouts. Absolutely, you paid for four and should get four. But I would be deeply shocked if they didn't just immediately agree to send you a the missing ELBs and perhaps a full four pack. I just don't think they are going to give you a hard time about this reasonably small discrepancy.

Let us know how they respond.

Cheers

Really depends on the company and how they run their business and who they are accustomed to dealing with. I did mention in an earlier post that I missed the free shipping code which is now going on and how I was going for the best price per ELB, BTW. So this is the follow up, I guess. :\ And I do share on how different companies respond to their problems in their respective thread. Will do the same with this and will let you know how things go. Doubt I'll get much of a response on a Saturday. But IDK.

For now I will presume 4 come in a single bag. TX for the info.

While I haven't had a mishap like @CuckFumbustion is dealing with, but having had a warranty issue recently, I can easily say they are very fast and responsive. If you really want to know if they're in, I assume their website live chat could let you know for sure.

Scoured for a Chat page anywhere. Either non-existent or perhaps open and visible only M-F? Did a google search on Vapexhale and chat and it directed me to the main page.
Will pick up the Vapor Boy's mystery 'The Secret of the Vanishing ELBs' on Monday. :sherlock: Unless they reach me 1st.

@m0sh - Is this one full size like the name brand one? I ordered one from DHGate in the past, and its okay, but about half the size of my vapexhale turbine. I would have liked it better if it was full size.
Its half size, 18cm.
I actually might prefer to have one small sized...I saw the full size as well but decided to go for the short one...maybe a mistake? who knows.

So i just got my first hydratube yesterday and when I used my new ELBs, they get sucked into the hydratube when I am pulling on it. Has this happened to anyone of you and if so how do you solve the issue? It does not happened when I use my older ELBs, only when its new and fresh.

The entire ELB or the cap? Either way, it sounds like you just need to deform the offending piece with a good pinch. Being out of round will give you the necessary resistance to stay put.

I lost the cap and by consequence all the fresh flowers in my ELB while inverted once, that was quite the lesson.. one I definitely took to heart

Yeah the entire ELB gets suck into the hydratube. I've been using it inverted the last 2 years so I have never had this problem. I will take your suggestion and deform it a little, thanks!

Lo and Behold! The transformative power of Vapor.
I had this book as a kid!

I bet the boys stumble upon something that turns out to connect to a case their father is working on. Heck I bet they even had to save him with a little help from their friend Chet! I loved those books but they did usually have the same plot. :D
I think we should have our own sleuths who solve vapor related mystery's. Or do we?? ;)
Page 600!
Nearly there. So what happens at 600? :hmm: Guess we will have to wait for a surprise?
Vape and glass cleaning day here. ELBs soaking in an ISO jar. I chose one with a square bottom so it is easier to fish them out.
Use a wad of japanese cotton or hemp fiber wad soaked and wrung of ISO to push through all of my glass. Reusable cotton and reclaim, instead of just throwing away Q-tips. Waste not want not, right?
Generally, I try to only use gentle tools to push them through like say with a wooden skewer. Never use brute force. Try not to use large clumps of cotton, to avoid tight situations. 100% ISO is more powerful than 90+% ISO I have found and evaporates quicker.

Made a fake Qtip tool and cleaned the middle bamboo section of the EVO. The other two chambers got literally squeaky clean. Like the sound of cleaning a pane of glass. That thing is clean as a whistle.
Meaning with the EVO it will make that tell tale whistle sound once I fire it up. This guy has something to say about whistle tones......

Now on to The HD. It first gets the wad of fiber used on the bottom area where the socket of the EVO meets the HD . And is also the sweet spot for collecting. Got a good sized morsel for my efforts. :brow: I guess I could ISO the bottom half of the HD for a few cents of collection for the effort.

So anyway...I flush the HD 3x with warm water and put a rubber cork in the mouthpiece end. This is so I can hold the HD sideways and swish the ISO around in a circular-like motion and agitating the liquid while getting that sheeting action. Add some more water application and more agitation. I unplug the cork and repeat 3x. Spotless!

Now since I have the rubber cork, I can tip the HD upside down and at 45 degree angles, etc. So with some wriggling, I can work nearly all the water from the bottom half back into the top half. I could just allow time for the remaining water to evaporate from the bottom. But I have this here EQ with a fan that will speed things up quite nicely. :cool:Well now I'm GTG. Cleaned all my EVO gear and have a morsel for my efforts.

I am vaping at lower temps and getting in the habit of pulling the ELBs out after drawing more. If you do this, I find the ABV to be fresher for another turn. Often I will combine the contents of two ELBS into one.
Have to break myself of the habit of over-packing then combusting. :bang: It is like the broils setting on an oven and to be avoided.

BTW. No word on the 'The Secret of the Vanishing ELBs' yet. To be continued........:sherlock:

@CuckFumbustion I want to paint all of my vaporizers PINK.

The EVO I want to sand it and paint it again!

COLOR has no gender = CIVILIZED

Lo and Behold! The transformative power of Vapor.
I am more of a heatshield & wristband guy. (:cool:Notice the wide wristband around the Hydro for extra grip.)
Am liking the extra grip with the wristbands and the recessed lettering allow for even more grip. Even the Bottle cap helps out. Yes I was foolish enough to buy a special decorative wristband for my EVO. Cap came free.
Teal Blue was my Win95 desktop. Anything in the Blue Green range would be EVO worthy. :2c: But I'm keen on green for my shield.
My shield suggest day-glo green. So I went with the fallout theme.
Whatever gives you BLISS?
Green gives me bliss. Blue gives me Bliss. The EVO is a tool for being CIVILIZED. Therefore a Blue-green EVO would be powerfully CIVILIZED. I figure. If my logic follows....
An Aqua EVO would look good with your pink one,:D @ataxian. Perhaps Any light colored desktop EVO would be a good choice. Lavender, Periwinkle, Orchid or Amethyst for the Purples and Pinks and Magenta range.

Light colored units would add production cost.
Custom orders for other than black?
