That exact whip has been posted multiple times throughout the thread but, to my knowledge, nobody has ended up buying one and saying if it does actually work 100%, but I don't see any reason why it shouldn't work.Pappy said:

I love my extreme Q. I had a little problem where I inadvertently broke the glass piece around the ceramic heater and ordered a new one from Kevin.
I was shipped a replacement super fast with the instructions for replacement.
I love my Q with it's clean taste. So far the Q is my favorite do all machine.

Yea that should work. I've got a very similar one for my Extreme that's designed specifically for the Vaportower I think. http://www.vapeworld.com/vapor-tower-whip-wand-set
To be honest the one posted from Ebay looks like a slightly cheaper version of the one above but I'm sure it'll work just the same. The two things I'd think most about are what is that black material made out of because it'll get/stay very hot and the quality of the tubing. The one above comes with a tubing with a slightly larger inner diameter, allowing for a little more airflow (a definite plus with certain vaporbonging set-ups) and the silver part gets/stays very hot. Ultimately this is a huge upgrade for the Extreme in my book.

Someone posted earlier I believe that the black part is plastic. I love my EQV as much as the next pothead, so no offense, but glass (and tubing) are Arizer's Achilles Heel. I know we're all in accord!
If EQV 5 were nothing more than a Silicone and GonG update of EQV 4, Arizer would shoot to the top of the pound for pound best vape list overnight. IMHO, the Cyclone Bowl and screen, and elbow pack system, are its Achilles Heel.
Meanwhile, I seek alternatives to the Cyclone Bowl and elbow pack that delivers a whip delivery system equal to my Da Buddha... Milky blue monster hits on demand!

Hey all Had my Extreme Q v4 for a few weeks now and absolutely love this thing. The versatility for this vape is amazing. Fairly easy learning curve as there as all the great information on this thread and site has helped alot.
My dome screens for the elbow I use to fill bags seem to get clogged a lot faster then my domes for my whip and I use the whip probably 4x as much, this normal? haven't seen this mentioned, only on page 34 of this thread atm

What's the best way to take a hit with the vape? Is it better to breathe in quickly then finish with slow inhale, or slow inhale the whole time?
Also... I love the high I get from 200C+ temperatures, but it gets really hot and irritating on my throat for a day or two following. I never smoked before vaping so maybe this is much less intense, but it is still hot on my throat. Any ways to handle that?

said it before and i might say it again, there is one tried and tested method that will produce thick hits with minimal weed, namely this one. it should be clear that while the vapor tower whips and that will help (the weed is kept stationary), they still wont be as good (theres to much weed in use thanks to the large diameter). more over i bet the aluminium casing will get hot as sin, so opt for the vapor brothers ez change kit or something which is made with silicone, if you want something straight out of the box
now if a glass blower caught wind of it we would be in business, apparently they are difficult to find though

So you have a mouthpiece that also has a perc in it, thats pretty neat. I've been thinking about using my bong together with the EQ but I'm not sure if I'll be able to. Right now I have 1 fully functional bong and it has a 14.4 joint, I read somewhere in this thread that somebody just put the whip right into the bowl and it worked fine, is this true? Can I use this with a 14.4 bong straight out of the box? If not, will this be a perfect fit for the tubing that comes with the EQ?
I also have an 18.8 bong but the downstem is broken (easily remedied by getting a nice diffy) and the perc in the middle is clean broken (can't get it fixed, asked a friend of mine who is a glass blower
) I'm moving on Tuesday and can only bring 1 bong (maybe both but probably not) with me and I'm leaning more towards the 14.4 one but I would really love to know if I could use it in accordance with my new EQ(i'll be getting the EQ in the mail after I get up to Boston).

Pack the kief into the elbow sandwiched between a tiny bit of bud. You might need to break it up after some toking, it basically turns into melt hash.
