I think the GB is preferred - I haven't figured out exactly why I like the hit on the GB more. When I saw the thinner glass on the GB I was bummed but ended up putting the FC in storage once I hit the GB. Mouthpiece is different too and maybe that contributed

A big shout out to the members of this thread for steering me to the D020-D for my first glass water piece (using with a Haze and the Haze water tool attachment GonG).

Ordered it from Sunshine store on DHGate and it took a month to arrive to Canada which was tough waiting since it is my first piece.

WHY DIDN'T I GET A WATER PIECE SOONER????

It makes a HUGE difference. The D020-D is the perfect size, draw resistance is good, the cooling effect is amazing and it hits harder (more buzz) than using the vape straight. No idea why that is. Goodbye cough. It's perfect for what I needed. Nice and stable too.

And cheap! I used to be so freaked out with glass pieces because I break everything and glass bongs are expensive, but then a D020-D is like $34 shipping included, so it's like no stress!

I love my D020-D, but there are somethings I like a little more volume- and the FC-UFO-V2 from Stevenslmz is really a good compliment to the D020-D. And it comes with a whip which is nice.

grrr.... package from dhgate finally arrived but no recycler :cry:

just the glass bowl :bang:

I messaged the seller but not looking forward to the dispute/refund/replacement process. It was a large package will all sorts of cushioning but no recycler wtf :shrug:

Hopefully it won't be too arduous a process. Any of you have experience with dealing with this sort of thing?

Nope, 100% success rate so far. Any piece with damage has been replaced without question. Hopefully they won't give you any grief.

So I ordered the Fc-187-v2 earlier today form stevenlmz79. Turns out national day or whatnot is from the 1st to the 7th of October which to my knowledge mean china kinda just shuts down. As for my order, you think it's got a chance to get out of china before thenor am I am for a long wait?

for refrence it's 6:27 am on Friday at the time of this post.

mine went out I think the next day. hard to tell but mine was quick getting to me - less than 2 weeks

I waited a month for some glass to Canada from Sunshine store. When I inquired why it was taking so long I was told everything shut down because of the G20 Summit. Once I order I want it to arrive yesterday.

FC-710 or D-Cycler??? I know these are both highly respected on here. Which one gets the edge? I'm using it for oil only with an enail.

FC-710. I really like the D-cycler too but it really doesn't even make it out of the cabinet anymore with the cool colored recyclers that function just as well. The FC-710 on the other hand will always be the most flavorful piece to dab from and is a perfect fit for low temp dabbing with an enail.

You will taste MORE of the flavor with the FC-710 for sure.

I already own five pieces, including a giant recycler (the Tornado Moon Ball clone), and want something that is unique from the other pieces. I'm looking to replace my current daily driver, an FTK, for no other reason than I'm wondering if there is something out there I like better. Sounds like the 710 may be it.

If you want a unique hit the FC710 is it! I almost don't feel right taking a dab unless I can hear that lil glass ball rattling. I was using my Liger on a FTK before I bought the diffusion pump, now the FTK is collecting dust on my shelf.

haha when I commented mrbonsai420 had also only said the name of the piece. I went to type more but thought it was funny to leave it as two opinions only,

fc-710.
d-cycler.

I have 3 d-cyclers (broke one) but you are right I can't compare it to the 710. The new version d-cycler is a solid piece, functions well, great flavor, and I think the thick base is great for a sturdy e-nail.

Haha would have been funny but frustrating! I know the new D-Cycler looks so nice! I ordered the 710 just an hour ago. But will almost certainly wind up buying both.

Just ordered it. I noticed the one knock in the reviews of Steven's are that the glass is a bit thin, especially on the mouth piece. I have two other pieces from Steven that look and function perfect, so logic was telling me to play it safe and go with him. Looks to be a bit thicker in the photos. One of the reviewers said it seems to be the same as the original Bates Worm pump. But who knows if that's the exact one I'll get.

Got it. Sounds like they might be thinner across the board. Might all be coming from the same fabricator.

Got the new 8.5" FC-Ball from Steven yesterday.

Really digging the smaller size compared to the 10.5" one from him that I have, which requires way too much lung IMO. Still has that initial negative pressure sensation when you begin to pull but it's much smoother on a smaller size. I'm using it with a pretty airy 20mm banger from TaG. Gonna be using this quite extensively. The perc--despite not seeming to affect function--is pretty tilted:

I did mention that I was going to be "reviewing this piece for the FC forums" which didn't seem to help as this is the first wonky piece from Steven that I've received. Oh well! I'd definitely shell out another ~$44 if it broke.

The ball jingle is soothing, fun and functional.

The noise it makes changes with draw speed, this helps you draw the same each time and helps with consistency in this. It also helps you coach new people to vape properly as draw rate is important to a number of vapes.

Fc-710 all the way.

That being said it's stability leaves a bit to be desired.

I know many have the M*b*us knock off version but I already have a couple of those items and wanted to get something I could post without getting in trouble for the pic. I had bought the drop down previously and both pair together nicely. Took about 11 days total to get this order and the quality is close to perfect no visible imperfections and like I said functions great. Here is the link for the drop down...
