It is kinda odd that their address is in Jupiter Florida and the area code they give for the phone number is for an area around Atlanta Georgia.

How did you pay? If with your CC, call your CC company and file a dispute. Your money will be refunded since no item was received. If PayPal, then file a dispute with them. Same as above, but may take a bit longer. If you paid via money transfer, you are SOL.
Some small online businesses use a cell number.

I hear ya. but... When reading the brief of Namaste's acquisition of vaporseller it says they(vaporseller) generated revenue of 3-4 million in 2015. that doesn't sound like such a small online business to me.

I am getting a Boundless. Randy contacted me and helped with the order. I am going to order it tomorrow. I am also buying a used unit from someone on here. I need one for a backup and sometimes my husband or daughters will vape with me.

PIU is where I go for vapes sold thru distributors and have bought several flower mates and a MFLB from Randy over 4 or 5 years. Fast and helpful and very knowledgeable. What a retailer should be.
The Boundless is also made by Smiss and I am sure will make you very happy. I may want to try a Flowermate Swift Pro when they are available which will be a convection vape. I have had a 5.0s and a mini for a year and use them more all the time. I know Randy really likes the Boundless and that counts.
