I have been trying to get my ratio down for my butter. So far my results have been disappointing for me. The first time I used 28g for two and a half sticks of butter. The second time I used 35g with the same amount of butter and still was disappointed. The third time I went for 42g a little better but still disappointed. Now I am fixing to try 49g. Also I use the 24hr crockpot method to make the butter. Does anyone know of a good ratio to use with ABV butter?
