@Squiby you should change your name to dynavap sales support....

Hahaha!

I just can't help myself. I feel so blessed that I found the FC Forum which led me to the Vapcap. The Vapcap is such a perfect device for me that I find myself compelled to help others find their perfect Vapcap.

It is astonishing that such a tiny, attractive, simple device is really a powerful vaporizer with none of the complexity that lead all other inferior vaporizers to their ultimate demise.

It is beautiful.

It is tiny and unobtrusive.

It conserves your flower.

Its simple design is easy to use and surprisingly effective.

Don't try to figure it out; just accept that @VapCap is a wizard and that the Vapcap is magical.

That is what I love about mine. It is not the most convenient of my vapes, but I know if I don't run over it with my car it is probably going to last forever.

I'm pretty sure if I ran over my OmniVap with my car it probably wouldn't even get damaged. Maybe a big truck or something might be able to damage it.

Be careful when tapping your spent load outside the car window, if you lose your grip and drop your Vapcap a Big Ass truck may run it over:cry::cry::cry:.
I think the worst part was watching it roll in the street. I was able to pull over quickly and I was about 10 feet away but I had to wait for the cars to pass.
It was in the center of the lane and a few cars were just passing by then it started rolling and SPLAT!!!!
The bowl and condenser survived remarkably well considering the size of the truck that ran it over. I also still have the cap itself so I maybe I can just buy a new "body".

Ha ha ha!!!

If all the parts of a Woody (except the wood parts) survive an encounter with a monster truck, the Omni is sure to survive most anything.

As far as I know - and possessing one - the Omni condenser is SS... Or has anything changed?? Thanks for clarification - I might be wrong? :)

No, you are not wrong. I stand corrected. We went back and forth about this a few pages back.

@Quint clarified it..

Mystery solved. The Omni condenser sticks to a magnet. It is stainless steel after all.

OOPS... sorry for the back to back post.....

Just to be clear, although my picture includes the cap, when the truck ran over my woody:brow: my cap was not attached.
I was actually in the process of dumping my ABV out the window when I lost my grip.
Also, you're pretty close in calling the truck a Monster truck. The truck that ran it over was a lifted 2500HD Chevy Silverado, far from a little truck!
You know even though I have since replaced my wood body it still hurts to look at that photo.

@herbivore21

If a wood mp is a no go for you, there are still a few options that may meet your needs:

The Ti Glassy. Ti tip, 62mm glass stem, SS condenser. Airpath is through the SS condenser. There is no attached profile mp and only glass meets your lips.

The Omnivap. Almost all titanium construction. Ti tip, 45mm Ti body, SS condenser, Ti mp. Airpath is through the condenser. The Ti mp meets your lips.
lol yup, and I've got a few various dynavap products on the way to try out soon :D

If I'm not mistaken there is no wood in the actual vapor path. I believe the stainless steel condenser tube goes to the very end of the body, and the wood mouthpiece is like a sleeve that slides over it. So vapor never touches wood, but your lips do. I don't have a unit with a wood mouthpiece so to those of you that do, please correct me if I'm wrong.

I'm not trying to change your mind @herbivore21, I understand we all have our preferences. I really dislike the feel of silicone on my lips so I try to avoid silicone mouthpieces. And I try to avoid ceramic in my vapor path simply for aesthetic reasons.

Cheers man, that definitely helps! I have taken a look after reading your post and noticed that the condenser does reach the end of the wooden path in at least some of the units - if not all (I didn't look at every wooden unit lol) meaning that my concerns re: wood and vapor are no more in those cases :D

This is how I like wood! A visual/tactile accent, not a functional aspect of the vape!

The most useful accessory you left out of your picture description @vapen00b. Those silicone ashtrays are great & perfect for tapping out a glass stem like an Air or UD GonG as well. What a beautiful collection indeed.

Funny part about those Ti screens @Squiby was I was cleaning my Ti & saw them sitting in my "odds & bods" container that has all sorts of cannabis items that may be one day useful. A useful leftover from the combustion days & I had already used one first in my FM Pro mouthpiece so I knew they offer better airflow. The one George has designed is obviously superior but not bad for a "wonder if this will fit in here" moment.

If you purchased a Ti Glassy @herbivore21 I think you will find what you have been looking for. The wood body does not contact the vapour as it travels through the S/S condenser but if you hate the sensation of a wooden mouthpiece it is a good solution & a spare glass body is only $10. I am a fan of the original OG mouthpiece on my woody but also enjoy it without a mouthpiece.

I thought my husband was going to jump on the shell one while I agonized over the Damascus steel {he's WAY more spendy than I am}. But he just bought a new computer & is happy with combustion and my ABV edibles.

Since this is only my second vape after my glorious workhorse E-nano, I decided to hold back a little and go with something more basic. Then I saw the Ti Burly specials and caved in to a little less basic. For now. You all sounded too enthralled not too, heh.
I think the dynavap is basic. I've had more trouble with butane vapes whereas this is simple. Other than the milaana which is like a portable nano it's the easiest vape I own. I'm curious what you would have considered basic before you decided on the burly.

Please stop RBT proselytism.

I mean: keep your stuff in your church, this isn't Milana thread, and from all points of view I cannot see two more different vapes, yet you manage to put them together twice in a couple of days (also on another post on last page - 243)

putting it (Milana) on the thread of a successful vape as VapCap will not help sales of your favorite; on the opposite it irritates and it underlines differences even more.

Thank you

I think she means basic as in less exotic than the Damascus steel, but she didn't go completely basic with a woody, she went a little more exotic and got a burly.

Milaana. Lana. LANA. LANAAAA! (TM2/TP80/BAK/FW9)
And this is mine:

With a beadblasted body :)

Ah that's like mine too, I actually have been having trouble with the whole airflow adjustment thing. Realized only later that the mp wasn't supposed to screw out, but stay in. Hard to tell the differences, was still preferring the OG somehow, but the omni is just so sexy...

I don't think anyone else cares but you man, she mentioned E-Nano too and was describing her take talking to someone else based on their own post. It's an offhand comment you're drawing attention to by complaining. People mention other vapes all the time, this wasn't even much of a comparison (where idea of "churches" come from, it's about keeping focus on the vape at hand). Her experience is with these vapes, her favorites after trying many many, @little maggie has a been a contributing member here for a while now, in almost every thread. I for one respect her opinion and think it speaks highly of the vapcap that it is one of her ultimate favorites, basic is not a bad thing, basic is effective and simple, she specifically is praising its ease of use along with those other vapes, at most a point of reference for what she finds easy I suppose... I think you need to chill a bit personally, though I know we have our differences, no reason to get upset about mention of another vape, even if it gets under your skin for some reason. Live and let live
:2c::peace:

Oh yeah @vapen00b awesome collection bud, and everyone else (that puffitup omni was stunning), always such great imagery here, @PeteSeattle love all the glass work too btw. One of the best vibed threads here (though now there are many, we are spoiled) so let's try to keep it that way? Oh and we do praise VapCap in the Milaana thread too ;)

I look forward to a proper fitting CCD for the Ti tips, nice cramming that one in @*plainlazy* it working better than the ceramic? I love the CCD in my OG. I dont think that's my issue with the Ti tip though, my biggest problem is likely my torch(ing) though sometimes my draw. Occasionally I don't do too well with either, but sometimes I do really well with both. Regardless it's damned fun and still effective, simple basic easy, but unique as well... I still haven't tried a VapMan among others, but this really seems like the best way to do conduction, (almost) all glass, albeit also hybrid heating
