TI Grasshopper or Vapman with Station or Alternative

Hi,

my stainless Steel Grasshopper had a Failure and i have the Opportunity to upgrade to the TI Version or choose something different.

I already own the Volcano Digit (nice Quality but not really for me) and the Mighty (like it, made switching to Vaporizing possible)

I quite liked the GH a bit for the Moments with not much time or where you have to be stealthy but did not think it can hit like the Mighty.

At the Moment i think i will get another GH but would be happy about some Input. I m in Europe, so some of the more rare Options are not easy to get (VapCap, Supreme, Milaana etc.)

try the gh with a bubbler big clouds... bigger then the clouds I can get with my crafty... I like the gh more then my crafty and can get bigger clouds...

the only portable I would like to test at the moment would be milana or zion... maybe a vapcap for 35 dollars (because of its cheap price mostly)....

Maybe a fw3 would fit for you?...

You got me thinking again, as you own both, you should know what you talk about :-)

I bought my first Vapman as a backup after my Arizer Air stopped working, now I can't see myself using anything than butane vapes when not at home as they are more compact, reliable and cheaper.than the electrical ones. The station is great at home and most of the owners (myself included) also find their lighter technique improving after having used the station for a while. It offers precise temperature control and makes wonders at the lower temps for flavorful hits. I would not recommend you the Vapman+Station combo only if you regularly like to use water tools, if that's the case the Lotus is what you're looking for. Owning both I can say that I prefer the Lotus at home (with the glass j hook or with a bubbler) and the Vapman when around as is more discreet (as it's smaller and you heat it before drawing so no crackhead look) and the plastic egg is just too practical.
Anyway I don't own a Grasshopper so I cannot comment about it, only thing I can say is that I wouldn't trust a battery operated vape again at least not as my main unit.

I'm with ya! I LOVE My Vapcap, Vapman and Lotus. Simple design, no batteries to monitor, replace, recharge. No electronics to fail. No cords to fuss over. Discovering the unimpeded bliss of a simple manual vape has made my vaping experience much more enjoyable. But then again I drive a standard...

Exactly! The dependability factor is a big deal for me. Off grid and freedom from electricity, I know my Vapcap will perform as long as I have a heat source, be it a campfire, a stove, a candle, a bic or jet torch and some flower; I'm good to go. I just LOVE that!

Disclaimer: I really resent having to constsntly run around charging all the accoutrements in my life. Can't wait for a perpetual cell phone.

While I loved all my previous and present butane vapes, since I got my Ti woody Vapcap I can't think of going back to anything else. The Grasshopper can offer some azingly huge and potent hits but it doesn't have the class the Vapcap has and the vapor is much much harsher. I also have to mention I don't ever feel the need to take my previous Vapman of its egg since the Vapcap! And while I also have a Milaana waiting to be sent to service for the broken heater glass I really don't miss her at all and postpone the shipping...

Vapcap is the one to rule them all for me at the moment!

Hi .. sorry i dont have a station but i have a couple of vapmans.

Youve owned a grasshopper and id say it fills a very specific niche in the vape market. So if you need it you really dont have many options.

So many great vapes around otherwise so up to you. VM and station is definitely the only butane portable electric desktop hybrid i can think of!!

Just to let you all know, i decided to get the GH again, TI Version this Time.

@VapourHaze : You kind of made my Decision, i think your last Post was really spot on: GH fills a specific niche (dry Herb, stealthy, fast, single Hits possible) and that is a niche i "need" or perhaps better want quite often, as it is not always possible to play with the "Big Toys" when want to medicate....
Probably the GH will never be my main Vape and the Vapman Combo would be more interesting, but it will fill this one niche pretty good.
This is nice as it does not only make a Difference how i get medicated but if i can get medicated at all and i have to say being pretty discreet is unbeatable with the GH.
