Not sure if im doing it right I just post my music that I think everyone hates. Lol
Dude I swear you're trolling me! For decades now i've said that "Mind Is A Terrible Thing To Taste" would be a perfect album if they just took 'Test' off, and now you're posting it??!?! In this thread, though, so.. Hm.

Listened to this one yesterday

I don't even know anymore, after the last one I totally fell into that 90s 'metal with a drum machine' or 'industrial with guitars bolted on' rut. I apologize.

Hell, even skinny puppy did it for an album and it turned out they weren't bad at it..

Haha i saw them play smothered hope on that '89?'90? tour with ogre and all the other dudes that ended up doing pigface.

Today I've been been feeling more human than machine.

I don't know if this quite qualifies as "uncool" but it's an 18 minute punk rock song that most of the people that are usually around me would hate. It's hard to believe the song is almost 20 years old now, wow.

It's an epic song in my opinion, and surprisingly only the third longest punk song. It took a few listens for me to fully appreciate it, like all the best music does. A big thumbs up to anyone who makes it through the whole track:

Hey @jim-bob. That's fucking awesome. Didn't get to see them for the 1st time until the Psalm 69 tour. Warped my young fragile mind, hahahaha. Speaking of Pigface, how 'bout this little ditty. The use of water AND a crinkled cheetos bag ?!?!? Hell yeah!!! Still my favorite album of theirs.

Oh, and speaking of collaborations, this shit, to me, still stands as tall as it did back in the day. A hardcore straight edge motherfucker & a straight up dopehead ? Why the fuck not ! LOVE IT !

@Morty I don't know whether to thank you or be slightly embarrassed I still have these.. :hmm:

"I Will Refuse/No Bunny" is one of the most ferocious things Wax Trax ever put out IMO and i wish that shithead DJ roommate of mine hadn't stolen my 12" of it. At least i've still got the 7".

Revolution Summer/DC emo and wax trax industrial were seriously like a "you got peanutbutter in my chocolate!" moment for me, love both those things quite a bit.
There was also this ominous little 7" Ian and Jeff put out about the same time IIRC

edit: HOLY SHIT, I've had this on a bootleg forever but had no idea there was fucking VIDEO of this gig.
The revco track they do is pretty fn great too.

Fuck that!. That's awesome! Love seeing the $3.50 price tag on the album cover. Those were the days. Just thinking about what other gems you may have in your record collection is making me drool. :ko:

I also have that "I Will Refuse/No Bunny" 7" & couldn't agree more. Got it used for a whopping $2. Speaking of...

i wish that shithead DJ roommate of mine hadn't stolen my 12" of it.

:rofl:Hahahaha. Ohhhhh shit, that comment made my morning, my day, my week, my year! I too knew a few of those asshole douchebags.

"In search of the quiet life, in search of the quiet life, in search of the quiet life...". :rockon:Dammit @jim-bob, I can't get that shit out of my head now, lol. Some meaty fuckin' guitar. When I joined FC & saw this thread, the last thing in the world I thought I would see, is fucking Egghunt. Egghunt! Seriously?!?!? Too cool. You got some good taste mayne. Love all of that shit; Minor Threat, Embrace, Egg Hunt, Skewbald...the list goes on. And on. And on...

The revco track they do is pretty fn great too.

Speaking of the Revolting Cocks (best band name ever ? ), here's a couple great ones. Maybe not their most choice or the rarest of tracks, but definitely a good primer for those who are new to Revco.

"I think it's a male strip show, dance show, male strippers..."

"Who's your favorite cock ?". Well...mine of course dammit!! ;)

Holy hell. Thanks for making my day @jim-bob. What a stroll down memory lane. pal!

The trendy assholes hate this one . . .

Probably, but not this guy! Favorite fuckin' song on this album. Holy shit! Thanks for posting this. This album WAS junior year of high school for me. Brings back memories of sitting at the cafeteria table during lunch, blasting this shit on the discman, scarfing down the $3.75 lunch special du jour so I wouldn't get the munchies when I would skip the rest of the day & go get fuckin' red eyed at one of our buddies house. Fun times. Miss those days.
