Medicated Coconut Haystacks
These are coconut haystacks made with dark chocolate and are infused with canna coconut oil. They need to be refrigerated because they will get soft.

1/2 cup melted Dark Chocolate
Add a cup of coconut, you can add sliced almonds too
1/4 cup of canna infused coconut oil
Mix ingredients together - makes about 10 candies
How potent depends on how strong your canna oil is

Keep and store in the refrigerator
I toasted my coconut before adding by putting it in the oven for 10 min @ 350 degrees. It's not necessary.

Semi-Raw brownie

2 cups almonds, lightly roasted, cooled down
1/2 cup hazelnuts, lightly roassted, cooled down
3,5 cups (medjoul) dates
1 cup (raw) cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
5 tablespoons maple syrup
100 gr canna coconut oil (soft, room temperature)
a little salt

Baking tray of approx. 20x30 cm, lined with parchment paper

(when you roast the nuts, it's not raw anymore, but tastes extra yummie ;) )

Grind the nuts together with the dates as fine as possible, stopping the machine regularly to scrape and mix in the sides.
Add the cocoa powder and salt, mix well.
Add the coconut oil and let the machine spin a few times.
Add the vanilla and maple syrup, mix well.
Put the mixture in the baking tray, spread evenly and push it down, the sides with a tablespoon.
Let it set for at least a couple of hours before dusting with cocoa powder and cutting.

* It will be at it's nicest the next day, when the moisture has mixed and set with the dry ingredients.
* Be careful to not let the machine run things too warm, as it will let the oils from the nuts come out.

Edit: hmmm, i can't seem to get this image uploading to work, have to sort that out some time, sorry...

My go to recipe for older medical users is a basic version of most of the above. Equal amounts of cocoa powder and medical coconut oil with a 1/2 portion of agave nectar and a pinch off salt.

Mix when the oil is just starting to solidify and the other ingredients will drop the temp so that it solidifies into fudge as you stir it. Only down side is the oil starts sweating out unless you keep it refrigerated which isn't an issue for me.

If you are using a capuchin pot method for your oil you can whisk in the lecithin whilst still hot and not even bother with separating out the water from the oil. This will result in a whipped oil and a perfect temp to pour straight into the cocoa powder.
