Got my Focus Vape Bubbler right on time and in perfect shape. Good thing too since it wasn't mine to break and was getting much love before I broke it. Bomb proof packaging and the usual too fast to believe response and tracking.

I just have to share this story.
The majority of my family does not live in the USA at this point. A daughter from CA was coming to visit so quickly got in touch with PIU to order some replacement glass items (Solo Stems and EQ whip kits)
I emptied the PIU box and noticed I was short one of the Solo bent stems I ordered. I searched and finally sent Randy an email mentioning the shortage.
Randy immediately sent the replacement stem!
Fast forward to a week later and my daughter was packing for the return trip to CA. Lo and Behold, here is the 3rd Solo Stem.
Email Randy to apologize and arrange payment for "extra" stem.
Randy says enjoy the stem and don't worry about it.

Randy (and Puffitup.com) is a 10. I have bought four vapes from them - only time I strayed was when they didn't have what I needed in stock.
They have a customer for life in me - and it sounds like in you too.

Or even a day off I suppose. I was just hoping to get lucky and get it ordered in time for my wife's birthday this week. Once the work week starts I'll be pretty busy and likely won't have time.
Is there a list of current discount codes? During my research I saw something about a code for a free finishing grinder with the code FG. If that's true then I can just order the combo and extra batteries I want from PIU and order the rest (Pico and bottle rocket)..direct from MFLB.

I just wanted to come in here and praise the puffitup team!
I had a small problem with my order and Jake from puffitup corrected the issue very quickly! He had my replacement parts shipped out the next day! I'm so glad I decided to make my first big purchase from puffitup and this will now be my go to store for all my vaping needs. Just cant beat the prices and customer service!

Thank you for that, I'd been waiting on a cocobolo for almost 2 months, now the wait will be over. Just need to cancel my other order.
Edit: Also looking forward to my first of many orders with puffitup, I've heard nothing but love about them for so long but for whatever reason have never made an order before.

You'll love it, all the variations of the vapcap are awesome. Own 2 ti woodies and a 14mm vong, got a short woody on order as well as a 18mm vong. Still don't own an original though and now that I can support 2 of my favorite vape companies at the same time I'll be ordering an OG when I get off work (assuming there are any left lol)

I was missing a small item from an order and CS responded immediately and took care of it. The speed of amazon with better cs, no bullshit. I look forward to buying from you guys again. Hopefully you get the sticky bricks hydrobrick and their new portable, I must have both.
