Kinesio tape??

Hi,
today I went to a different physical therapist for a new look at my fucked up shoulder, with frazzled tendons and calcium deposits on bone and muscle, etc.
She applied some Kinesio Tape for me to try tomorrow when I workout. + new exercises to add to my routine. So far, it feels good.

Any recommendations for Kinesio tape by the roll? I'll cut to size/shape. Amazon has a million versions.
What's a good, solid, no frills , cheapest price for quality tape, brand??? Source?

Thanks
Any experience and comments on Kinesio tape also welcomed

Are we talking cbd-infused tape? :p I'd sign up for that.

No, not CBD infused tape----just the regular stretchy tape.
But CBD infused---sign me up too.

Tape was to replace a big, hot, cumbersome EVS 3 shoulder brace I wear when working out.
Or does anyone know of a better built brace as I go thru an EVS every 6 weeks :( $$$$

A bit late... Though..

The kenetic tape is amazing... But real pain to put on. You really do need a helper. There are tons of videos online about tapping up all the different muscle groups and joints. I've only used the first main (name) brand to be released in stores, so can't offer any brand comparisons... But seriously it's better then sliced bread for relief from all kinds of muscle strains and sprains, particularly the neck. Felt right as rain with tape, couldn't turn head ay all with out...

It's basically elastic tape for those not in the know.

I'd highly recommend finding out the names of particular tendon/muscle group(s) are the ones causing you problems. Then look up different application patterns for those groups. Though it shouldn't be too hard to figure out for your self once you been using it on different areas for a while. It becomes pretty intuitive.

IME that really is the best shoulder brace out there on the market, next to a rather bulkey one ment for motocross specifically and looked like armour... There was cheap Ace brace that works well, but was sewn so it dug into the armpit really painfully so I wouldn't think about it less evs is too bulky...Found most shoulder braces to just be garbage.

Also I find the braces added heat to be very beneficial to my bad joints...

Best of luck.

I've bought some of that tape from banggood.com and it was not great. It didn't stick all that great which makes it rather pointless to apply it. I would talk to your physiotherapist about buying some tape.
