i feel the hydratube on the VapXdeck might be a tad dangerous with it being somewhat crammed

But I'm in love with the fact that it can lock down my EVO to the table

What price are you guys thinking would be reasonable ??

The Chinese Hydratube I purchased recently from the SunShineStore is pretty good. The quality is honestly on par with my legit Hydratube and I've been using it quite a bit. The knockoffs have come a long way. My D020-D quality is so much worst... night and day.

@StickyBricks will make you guys a holder for your nails , elbs and ht's at a fraction of the price and really nice quality . I happen to use his elb holder and ht holder. I am sure he would not have a problem integrating both for us if he already has not and taking care of the forum members. Vapexhale's does look nice but i am sure it will be $50+ .

Which one did you buy? I may pick up one of these. How long does it take to get?

I agree. I have been pleasantly surprised by Sunshine Store and Yingmin. Although the pieces are not perfect, they represent amazing value for money. Sadly, I cannot say the same of stevenlmz79, who sent me utter garbage and is now being a dick about it. Oh well, in the words of Meatloaf: two outta three ain't bad!

I got my 2nds dry mouthpiece, and it is in excellent shape. I will let you know how it seals in a few days when my Cloud shows up.

Visually its clean, and the joint looks to be in good condition.

Hey guys, I'm running into an issue using my VapeXhale. Seems like often after taking hits (particularly recently), it seems like I'm getting a little bit of oil into my bamboo because I see a vapor trail for a minute or two after removing the nail.

I've gotten decent enough at cleaning the VapeXhale, but for some reason it's as if I can't go through a day without getting some oil stuck inside. I'm not doing crazy big hits, just little crumbs of wax (.01g at most but usually less) and I'm not sucking particularly fast or hard.

It's weird because my girlfriend will constantly take rips from it with zero caution (just sucks as fast as possible, puts in bigger hits, etc.) and I rarely see her get any oil stuck inside.

I feel like I'm doing something wrong. What's the jig?

The two causes are loading too much and inhaling too hard.

It's a little bit of a challenge to get the right draw speed honestly. Once the concentrate liquifies, it doesn't take much for it to be pulled up and out of the slit.

Some water pieces offer more draw restriction than others, which helps to control draw speed.

Load too much in the nail, and oil is just bound to leak out into the bamboo.

Edit: I know you mentioned already checking these two things, but they are the only causes I can think of. Small and slow are somewhat subjective anyway.

Hey guys, I need to order some new baskets. Do the current ones fit tight? I don't invert my Evo but I'm damn sick and tired of ELB's being sucked up half way into the HT and ruining the consistancy of the hit. Has anyone purchaced ELB's recently? When my Evo was repaired I received 2 new baskets that I literally had to throw away that fit so loose they just didn't work.

I'm going to order now and I hope there is a way I can leave a note in the order of my concern.

Thanks in advance!

Hmmm . . . I have heard people say that really loose ELBs can be made to fit tighter by pinching and deforming them a little bit. Next time before you throw them away I would try that. The ELBs have gone through changes in the material they are made from which caused some of what you are talking about. Not only that but the Bamboo size will vary as well. Hopefully when you get new ones they will work right out of the box but don't be afraid to experiment and bend them a little if you have to.

Thx for the reply!

I know the trick about denting the caps to keep them on and I tried something similiar with the baskets, but all that did was deform it more. I tried both pinching the sides and some firm pressure from the top of the basket. Neither worked.

The bamboo size varies as well? If so that is the problem right there I would imagine. So there really isn't anyway to know what I'll be getting is there? I really think there should be a defecto standard on the diameter of the bamboo then if that's the case. Thanks for the info, I didn't know they changed the mesh material.

I'm just a little concerned since I'm down to only one ELB at the moment.. Anything happens, it's back to having a horrible itchy throat and having to combust.

VXL does their best to standardize the Bamboos but they are made of glass, and one by one, so the size can vary a little bit. I feel that they are better now than in the past just like the ELBs. If your new ELBs don't fit correctly I would contact customer service and have a conversation with them about the issue and see what they can come up with. My solution was to buy a lot of ELBs and even though I had to avoid using a couple I ended up with a nice working supply.

If you're just going to throw an ELB out if you can't use it, you might as well continue trying to pinch it to see if you can make it fit tighter. What's the worst that happens, you break the thing you were going to throw out anyway? You might get a usable ELB out of it!

Thanks for the explanation. I'll see if I can leave in a note with the order or the very least call them immediately after placing it so I can voice my concern.

I've even had times where I would clear the chamber in my HHC HT, pull it off and off comes the lid spilling herb into the slots and into the bottom air chamber. I guess I'm just wondering if this has happened to anyone else.

Keeps fingers crossed!

Oh believe me when I say.. I did try everything. I'm not the kind person who normally just throws things away without trying everything first. I wish I had a pic to show you but those were long gone. You would think that firmly pressing down on the top rim of the ELB would work but it didn't for mine. It stayed in there alright, but there was a huge gap on the sides and too much air was escaping. Basically it just wasn't vaping effieciently at all.

Maybe it was just the material or a bad batch? The mesh did seem thiner than the 2 I got with my original EVO back in November. I guess you're guess is a good as mine. But No I didn't just throw them away, I tried first. :D

Here you go: http://www.dhgate.com/store/product/2016-new-vapexhale-hydratube-9-8-inches-glass/385487849.html

Hard to believe you can get this whole package for under 60 bucks. Simply amazing. Mine shipped next day, arrived very fast and was absolutely amazingly packaged. I mean a nuclear bomb could have gone off and this thing would still be intact!

Thanks mate!
This is what I thought!

I'm just wondering if I should get this one or go for something that I can use when the evo is inverted... (perhaps it would be better with other vapes as well - not that I'm getting anything new soon)

Does this come with the base and the symbiatric hydratube??

Yes for $59.12 I believe. Can also order each piece separately. Just click on the photo of the combo you want and it will display the price. Sadly, the option with the water base was not available when I ordered mine. But this piece is so nice, I am thinking of ordering a second one anyway.

Thanks mate!

Why not just get both? They also have nice bubblers from $20.

Nice to hear about that symbiartic tube being decent. Add in that hydra base knockoff and we may have a new $ to value champion fit for the evo! I mean, even the FC mod which I own and adore with the evo kinda gets booted in the nuts by that dual setup. So much versatility
