Discontinued VapeXhale Cloud EVO

Cloud EVO + MFLBPA
worth it? has anyone figured out how to drop in a dab without needing to take the nail out?

I've tried with no consistent success. If I can only take one dab per 5 minutes that's a total bummer.
I have no problems picking the ELBs up with my fingers immediately after using them, so the first time I used a nail I just went into autopilot mode and ended up hearing my fingertips sizzle. No bueno. I now have big tweezers that I use to handle the nails.

I've been doing some internet digging to find a different case for the Evo with no luck....I like the neoprene but it's already showing wear.

Has anyone seen a silicone cover for the Evo? I'm afraid I'm not hip enough to have a stock of wristbands on hand...

Life is hard ....

I have 2 EVO's and only one HT...

The thing is... cloud buddy will allow me to use both EVO's at once?
Should I try that?

Another question, how often do you clean your ELB's with ISO? after every use? it seems to be very important...I keep forgetting what massive clouds I can on the first use...

I use a brush after each use and ISO only after about 30-40 uses. They're a breeze to clean.

I clean after every use. with a brush or with q tip or so...there is still a huge difference after 10 sessions...or perhaps my shit is better than yours? ;) I doubt it...

I probably give 'em an iso soak after no more than half a dozen uses. It doesn't take long for gunk to start building up and tainting the flavor. Then a hot-water rinse gets 'em like new. I also use a brush when emptying out the AVB.

I say give the double-barrel EVO a try.

m0sh: You can, if the joints are far apart enough for 2 EVOs to fit(or you have more adapters or a whip). It will practically be like a Cloud with double bowl size and airflow. And more tricky to handle. I think EVO does not need that, but imo with Solos and Airs that works well as theirs bowls are smaller and airflow limited.

Just had a snafu with VapeXhale, used a prepaid card and billing address didn't match and they bounced it back. Sent an email reply with updated info, response was within 15 minutes. That's some awesome response times for customer service.

Youre probably going to need an adapter to offset them a little. I also have two and have used them at the same time.

So cool of you! Sure might be easier using smaller pads! Is that what you're doing? I'll shoot you a PM.
I was able to get a storz & bickel dosing capsule sized ss pad into an elb after poking and starting to stretch to elongate then formed into soze of elb. I'll test and let you know how well it works.
Edit- To my surprise this works pretty well. So far Ive only tried it with a hydrotube as I doubt it works inverted. But it works very similarly to the method of applying your dab to the bottom of an elb but doesn't seem to be leaking into the bamboo using it upright with the ss pad elb.
Edit 2- I can't figure out how to do the burn off so that might be where the flaw is in this method. But the first few dabs were very nice and flavorful and milky!

Haha! That is insane! Insanely cool.

Some of you guys have some really creative and cool setups.

malsanti,
Wow, what's the piece in the middle? ^^
Vapexhale had them on them market but removed them. I believe they had some sort of flaw. I'd imagine there would be some sort of condensation and moisture over time with the heat from the EVO rising up causing the moisture to drip on the EVO?
I can see condensation on the piece in the pic.

i would also think that it isn't that smart to put a frozen piece of glass directly onto a hot piece of glass. Just sounds like asking for a thermal shock disaster without a piece of glass to separate the tamer from the EVO.

Yes it can cause problems if you use as a daily driver...which nobody uses a tamer as a daily....

I take maybe three hits from the EVO and I'm good. So I think you guys are overthinking it. Three hits in 5 minutes wouldn't damage it. It doesn't just sit atop there.

It wasn't frozen....it was just cool and the joint doesn't contain glycerin so it adapts to the temp being passed over.

I'd be more afraid of a hydratube that doesn't have an overflow section.

I thought of putting the hydradtube in the freezer. But I just put cold water in the piece sometimes when I want an extra smooth hit. Also hits much better when the piece is clean. I clean it quite often now.

All the ABV I had been collecting in a little box got knocked over on my bed, and I was surprised at how non ash like and easy to handle all the crap was, thankfully.

I don't see a seconds as having a seal issue, otherwise that's a functional defect and not a seconds. And especially since the dry mouthpiece sits on top of the unit, I don't see falls being an issue. And aesthetically, I don't care if there are bubbles or anything.
