If members have any vote in which manufacturer to go to, my vote would be whichever ones made the clicker model. Mine has been running flawlessly for months and I think the general consensus is that clickers seem to be more reliable.
Consistency in CS is something they gotta work on. Personally, I have had great experiences with responses and overall communication. But, I haven't had to sent my ol' clicker in for replacement. I guess it's just hit or miss.

Me too. Even though bent-necks may be more ergonomic on the user's neck, the straight tubes offer a different experience because you can see the tube milk up when you hit it.
