Hey, this is not how to strech! It should feel good. The point is to relax the muscle. Strech it and relax into it. Breath slow and deep to make your mind understand that it is a safe position to be in.

Yeah, when it's charging you don't have to press both, but unplugged you hold down the middle abnd up keys. It starts a count down on the screen and you hold the keys until it's done and you get the "hi :)" message.

I use higher temps than most, it seems. Depends on the stem and load, but lately I've just left it at 205c/400f. I finish a full bowl in 5-10 hits. You can fill a tiny ammount in the bowl and it works fine. I've done plenty of 0.025g bowls using the suplied screens... no need to fill the bowl.

Ok, the hydratube is a very quick way to empty a bowl, but the vapexhale dry mouth piece is awesome with the solo! Hits cool and strong.

To me the resistance is just right. I find it easier to do big draws with a little resistance.
