My VB1 is back up and running after I broke the glass sleeve/ bowl 6 months ago. After using my Solos (which I love and rate highly ) since breaking the sleeve I'm really enjoying the convection hits.
Sure the VB is an old and simple design but it works and is pure convection. Like a lot of...
I never use a screen in my stems. Using a fairly course grind never get any salad in my mouth. My herb is usually very dry too. I like to take a long slow draw, chase clouds.
Each to there own, Solo is so versatile. If I wasn't on my commute to work I'd be having one more bowl
I've used many vapes and don't find the Solo range any more harsh than the others. I vape on high temps and can run through a stem at the highest temp until it's dark and don't find it harsh.
But then a friend tried to tell me the J he was sucking on was smoother than my Solo. What ever mate if...
Wake n Bake VB1 style.
On demand vaping. I leave it going 24x7 in the weekends.
Sunday morning NZ time - just 2 huge convection hits.
Still a great vape
I was going to do an RMA but it didn't really affect it. Just hold the start button for 4 secs and away we go.
Is over a year old now and still performing flawlessly.
Still being hitting my VB1 daily. Now I've found the temp I like I just unplug it when not in use. That way my fav temperature is always set.
Getting some huge convection hits.
A bump and a shout out to the original box vape!
After a constant diet of my Arizer Solo collection I fired up the VB1 looking for some convection hits and I wasn't disappointed. TBH I sometimes have struggled to find the sweet spot with this vape but the last 3 days it's been delivering...
I have a PD that I don't use any more. Use to get a couple of very nice rips out of a stem. I consider the Solo to be like a portable PD. Similar concept but as OF pointed out the Solo stems have much larger bowls.
Arizer provides screens with the Solo II. I tried them but found them not necessary. Plus they fall out when emptying the load. I lost them...
I prefer it naked ;)
One more bowl.
