max temp says 90c/194f but i had it to 110c/230f

i've just got my hands on a grants water bath for £20 set at 90c for 2 hrs works perfect for decarb.

i've found that i can't control temperature in water as i don't use a pressure cooker i use a small portable hob i have found that a mason jar suspended in vegatable oil works great as i can control temperature with the oil bath much better within 1c either way and there is no chance of steam...

using the suspension in water method now i'll let you know if its successfull or i fuck it up

thanks for the tips really appreciated because i sometimes get the decarb right but its few and far between for instance just made a alcohol tincture and wasn't decarbed properly because i'd get more of a hit off a aspirin than this shit

i'd love to buy an ardent nova but there just too expensive and as i'm in the uk a magical butter machine over here are going for £250 which i think takes the piss for what is essentially a mixer with a heating element

i have a morphy richards soup maker and it looks very similar to the magical butter machine does anyone know if its any good for infusing canna oil?

thanks for the reply helios i think i will go for the boiling water mason jar method it take too much time regulating the temperature in a halogen

has anyone ever tried drying then decarbing in a halogen oven yet might give it a go later what do you think?

hi new here has anyone had a go at replicating the nova yet? can't find anything about it surely someone is able to do it because i think there taking the piss with the price they are charging for it thanks
