Doh! I should have specified in the original post. Yes, it is 100% un-chipped and I don't believe it ever will. I was quite worried about this when I first heard of the problem.

Why buy an analog vaporizer with no specified temperatures on the manufactures website, then expect to be able to derive exact temperatures from here-say on a forum? Sell it and buy something with a temperature indicator of some kind.
I'd just to interject and say that in spite of this vape having a reputation for a huge-hitter (which it can be, and does quite well), it's also a wonderful vape for conserving meds, medicating quickly and safely.

I'd file a support ticket if I were you, simply based of my experience with my Cloud. My unit hits green right around 5min on the dot if it's low temp, maybe 8-10 min for highest temp. It also is ready to hit the second it turns green.
