@Altreac My advice would be to preheat the glass (no herb in it) on a high temp with the fan blowing strong for just a couple minutes. Always worked for me when I was in a rush. Also It doesn't hurt to try and find out how much pre-heating is necessary for you to get a satisfying first draw...
