Inner and outer diameters are what they are referring to I would imagine. Actually the oven would have 3 measurements, inside diameter, outside diameter, and oven depth. Outside diameter minus inside diameter divided by 2 would give you oven wall thickness.

I find that I need to soak the stainless steel cooling coil about once a week, as it gets all that honey building up, it seems to produce less vapor. Nothing beats a clean chamber/cooling coil on the Plenty. I just soak the stainless steel chamber, black plastic ring, and stainless steel cooling...

Well, I have owned my Plenty for over a year and with extensive daily use for over a year, it still kicks my butt. As a matter of fact, we're getting ready to indulge right now. My stomach is upset as heck this morning, I need my morning meds LOL.

I use the reducer all the time with a very small load, about half full without using a dosing capsule, I use a small S&B screen on top of the load in the reducer to keep the load in place, crank heat to 7 and by my third hit...I'm hacking my brains out to some huge clouds. This will work for...

They really are pretty good. Everytime I go to their website, they're saying "Hi, what can I help you with?" As a matter of fact, between excellent customer service and the tastiest conduction based vapor I've ever had, I'm a happy combustion ?ucker.

Yeah it does...I still am impressed with my IQ. It simply does it's job...very well, and is quite easy to live with. Expensive...yes...but worth every penny in my eyes.
