When my switch went bad he sent out a replacement without asking me to send back the defective one. Can't say for sure whether this still is policy, but just wanted to relay my experience. Good luck, and hope things get sorted for you!

Just started having an issue with my CEO. The switch is getting too hot to hold when in use. The core is heating up still, but vapor production is almost non-existent. Sent a note to Tim, but have a feeling this will require the unit being sent in. :(

Hi guys. Am having an issue with a 2.4 cart where after use the oil is running back up the sides of the cart (not through air hole path) and collecting on the piece up top by the air hole. Didn't load more than .5 initially and this happened after adding about .3 more. Any thoughts on solutions...

Just checked in w TET on estimated ship date. My order was placed early December and I was told the week of feb 11 is looking like target ship week. We are getting there! Hope the info is a help to those curious. Very excited.
