Sure. I wasn't implying that it could break or anything like that. They are built to last. Just thought it important to point out that somebody is paying the same price, but sacrificing the 3 year warranty in exchange for the much shorter delivery time.

For versatility I don't think you can go wrong with the HerbalAire. It does both bags and whips, and even comes with the equipment to do multiple bags at once. Runs about $250 with the pump for bags, although I'm sure you can find a better deal if you peruse the "supporting retailers" section...

Definitely something to keep in mind if you're going to be stashing it away frequently is that the log will be a long-time heating up. Not sure how intrusive RAs are at American schools. Around here they can't go into your room unless you invite them.
