It's a simple piezo, it's not fragility that's the issue but rather that piezos degrade with use. It'll happen with any electric lighter too.

Where did you buy and what is the unit called? The "fuzion" kind seem to be more problematic but my "pop vapor" is going on nearly a year strong. I actually sold my LSV because I preferred the pop vapors cord placement and preformance was/is identical.

The thing is induction isnt a heating method, its a convoluted means of powering the vaporizer (which in this case is conduction). The real question is WHY waste time and money on this idea?
