they call themselves JUHMAHNN but we all know the TRUE JUHMAHNN way is to stand behind your products with a signature defiant belief in the product's quality and reliability. for a long time it was true. since 2008 it seems like all of that has changed :(

also, i may be late to the party on this, but: did you guys notice that under 'SUPPORT' for the volcano hybrd, storz is now offering a different chamber/housing? or is this a second replacement part? it doesn't say 'stainless steel' and it's black.
