Solo or Q

I suspect most Solo users are like me - I have a Q but don't use it anymore because the Solo works so well.

All of my breakage was from the Solo tipping over onto a driveway with the stem it.

Mine, I use it and then return it to the charger when able. I can't recall it ever running out of juice; I leave it on the charger unless i'm using it. Not exactly sure how long it lasts or takes to charge, but i have not run out of juice or had problems with charging it. Consider leaving it on...

Comp is different than a typical PI case - comp has tables telling you what (xxx) is worth. So without the tables for your state, it is not possible to say what a comp claim is 'worth'.

Glycerine tubes in your future? They REALLY cool the vapor down and make it taste downright wonderful.
