It seems like it's not making contact. I have not used my Pax in a while but if memory serves me right it sounds like you should lube it again with the pg, turn the unit on and off multiple times to lube the interior, and you should be fine :tup:.

@BabyFacedFinster I personally just rub a small amount on some organic cotton (typically the left overs on the parchment paper) ball up the cotton, place in the chamber, and light as usual

I just did a warranty claim on one of my boosts and my Aura, I am still awaiting shipment but in my dealings with them this time as well as times in the past I can say that their customer service is stellar! I am sure they will get you taken care of. Ask for Felix :tup:
