The end of the whip cools down pretty quickly after removing it from the unit.
Under a minute for sure.
I've never seen anyone in a "rush" to get their vape going!
Common sense prevails in these situations.
Pull out hot thing- give hot thing a second to cool down.
reload + heat up again.

It is indeed a glass whip inserted into a glass heater.
You can't see it b/c it's inside the box!
I'm not sure what the difference between "glass on glass" and "all glass element" would be. Seems like different wording for the same thing...
The whip has a dimple in it to keep stuff from coming up the tube and into your mouth. We have toyed with various screens, etc but they have been annoying to deal with. I like the dimple solution & it's fun playing with torches and glass to make them! There is also a retention clip in the collar...
It is in a standard 19" rack format. The same as used in pro audio and server racks.
Right now we only offer the one faceplate. I suppose you could swap out a faceplate from a similar piece of equipment and make it even more stealthy, but most often faceplates are custom drilled for the types...
