This is really the only complaint i would have about the product. It does vary from bag valve to bag valve on how much it leaks. Only really find it annoying when people are over. Other then that i love the unit. If they come out with a better conformed bowl and bag I would purchase it...

No I don't attach it directly to the bowl as it leaks too much unless you hold it down. For my connections its a steady stream of vapor you lose if you don't hold it. Gets a little old holding it when your filling up a few bags when friends are over. Doesn't leak at all when you put the whip...

Ive had this same issue, but with it going down to the min temp and it wouldnt change without turning it off and turning it back on via the plug. Only happened once though. Has worked flawlessly since.

Woohoo! Just got my notification that my order has shipped out! Only now wish I lived closer to CA so I wont have to wait so long for me to get it lol. Edit: I ordered on 1-28 just to give you an idea on the wait time right now.

I haven't tried myself to reach out to them yet as they charged my card as well last week. If it was shipped that's great, but a tracking notification would be nice. They are a new company after all . So I will give it more time. If you hear back from them let me know

Mine still says processing and my card was charged. Maybe they changed it.

It's posted to the account as of this morning. It's no longer in the pending status as the company claimed the funds and it's charged now. I ordered on 1-28-14. Would be awsome if it's being shipped out Monday. Edit: forgot to mention on Herbie website it still shows as processing

So the transaction for my Herbie order was charged to my card yesterday. I thought the card wasn't charged until the unit is shipped out. Can anyone clarify this please? Doesn't matter either way just curious based upon a reply earlier in this thread.
