125ml Mason Jars for me with either a 62% or 58% small boveda pack inside. I find 125ml just right for storing 3.5 or 7 gram weed you can buy off the Ontario Government's website (ocs.ca). Not too big so there is less oxygen inside the jar and a small sized boveda fits right inside.

Sorry, I don't have stereo matrix on my collection. The only bong with a matrix perc I have is the D020-D. It is not as good as the FC-710 when it comes to flavor retention.

I have a OmniVong XL, 2018 M steel tip (modded to add notches) on a Chillium pipe, and two Ti tips on Ddavemod Water Wand V2s. When it comes to bong use, I prefer the Water Wand V2 glass stems. Not a big fan of wooden stems after my experience with the OmniVong... It can get stuck in the bong...

The diffusion pumps (FC-710 and Rattle Can) are the least restrictive of my bongs when paired with vapcaps. I also did some side by side comparison with my bongs and found that both diffusion pumps retained the flavor the most. What I also like is that they both give the best chugging action...
