Had my first warranty experience this past week. Out of nowhere my unit wouldn't heat up. Lights and battery working fine, but connection to the heating mechanism seems to have blown. Covered under warranty and replacement coming in a couple days, but was wondering if anyone has experienced...

whoa, could you explain what you did to this? i've been using the bong with a carb, and some velcro to keep the pax in place, and its probably the best experience ive ever achieved with a vape. also where is the pax in this picture? :x

hey guys, thought i'd share an unfortunate experience i just had. so, I removed the stem from the mouthpiece using pliers to attach it to vinyl tubing for a makeshift bong (as ILoveCollege showed in previous posts), and I ended up reinserting the stem into the mouthpiece with the small sliding...

theres nothing to be concerned about when removing the spring if you do it like i stated in the post above. just an ordinary spring you twist in and out, and it solved your exact problem very easily.

what i found to fix this problem was removing the spring by first tugging it out a bit with a pipe cleaner, then rotating the spring until it is completely out. then i scrub the entire spring area as deep as it goes with a pipe cleaner and isopropyl, then again with a dry pipe cleaner to dry it...

if only it were a gravbong ;)

do you think the pax would be a bit bothersome while hitting? It would just kinda sag over or be in the way while hitting... def want to try this soon.
