so you're saying they don't exist? the more i thought about it the more i figured that is probably what is special about hydratubes. it would be pretty neat to have attachments that functional similarly!

Do they make ash catchers that have their entry point from the bottom like a hydratube? If so, what are these things called? Words and google have failed me.

My EQ is currently capable of darkening my abv further than my cloud, which was certainly not the case with my previous ones. I wonder if mine is just underpowered? Did they send you back your same unit "turned up" or did they send you a new cloud? Thanks :)

What are those rubber things around your cloud? Just those livestrong type things? Where did you get a bulk of those?

Are you guys open today? I paid an invoice 6 or so days ago and haven't heard anything from anyone. I don't even know if my unit has been shipped! A friend of mine has a ticket open too and has not heard from anyone in a while.

I sure do! Never plugged either unit in without one. I read somewhere to make sure to use one with the cloud.

lol, the power supply should be ok right now. No surges so far as I can tell! Luckily I still have my EQ ready to go. Just quite sad my 2nd cloud suffered the same fate as my first, in even less time...

It was 70 degrees when I tried getting it going! I just don't know what could have possibly made this unit stop working :\

Yeah. It flashes about 2 minutes after start-up.

I think my second cloud just died... =[ I had the first one for just about two weeks when it stopped heating up, and now my new unit just a few days after finally getting it back is flashing green and red and not heating up. God dammit =[ they told me to send it on back... sigh. what in these...
