On the ssv is the heater rod in center red from top to bottom or red from center to top

The mouthpiece was to loose

Check your mouth piece had same thing happen replaced bottom o ring

Only combust if packed to tight, mine is above seal

R2-D2 I was told from haze it shouldn't affect vapor production my square has new seal I see it glow between the two halves still get good vapor

Can you see the coil glowing in between the to half's

If I don't pack tight I get very thin vapor

The ones that had seal fixes and sent back last week do they have the firm update

Do we need to send the square back in for seal. Thought they were sending them out.
