In my experience this isn't the case. The first time was my fault - even though I was careful I gummed up the temp button and it stuck. The second time though it just stopped working - worked at 2, didn't work at 4. I always kept it clean - 4 days max between cleanings, usually less. Max 2 ovens...

I'd just send it back - about to receive my 3rd one in a few days. This time the oven stopped working, purple light would just pulse for a while but no heat. They are replacing it. Again.

I was a little nervous about sending it too but I cleaned it real good they got it and they replaced it. The warangal was a major reason I went for the Pax. Would be useless if I couldn't mail it.

They already contacted me and said my replacement will ship out tomorrow. :rockon: No worries on a cleaned 'dirty' pax apparently, and quick service. I did it over email and they responded within 2 days initially.

Looksmore like a vibrator than a dildo to me. Um not that I'm well versed in such details... My pax arrived in Cali today from NYC. Pretty fast. Hope to have a replacement by early next week. I miss it!

Have you tried warming it up like with a hair dryer or something? The most common reason for it to get stuck is resin getting all sticky and funking things up... Though in your case you may have a bigger problem. Worth a shot though. For those who have returned to ploom for a replacement, what...
