Disaster Strikes: My Cera has already fallen apart on day 2. The screws in the LL cartridge just went flying out when I unscrewed the cartridge from the main body. WTF somebody please kill me now. How did this get through QC?

No I think the he was saying if the joint fails that can also cause the heater to fail in some cases. And since they don't have heaters they won't be able to fix it for sure. I may be wrong but that seems to make the most sense.

I think its because they don't necessarily know if that caused the heater to blow(If my understanding of stonemonkeys post is correct).

Sorry to hear that, I know the feeling. Mine broke like 4 times, pretty sure I'm on my 5th cloud but honestly I can't even remember for sure at this point.

It was basically a month that each cloud lasted. This last time it was cloud+ and took more like a month and a half or two months to break. I hope you get yours back soon.

Thanks VXH for sending a quick replacement without making me wait after my 4th cloud died. Feels so good to be back in the clouds. And look at my shiny new silver knob!
