Silicone is clean and dry but I never looked inside the glass of the chimney. I can see some tiny crumbs of hash were hoovered up and stuck the walls.

Update: It worked surprisingly well. I had a couple sessions at 455 and one at 555. Great flavor all around, nice instant vapor production. The flavor was so pure this way. None of that hempy rayon cotton aftertaste. Clean up was easy. The higher 555 temp I found the material stuck a bit more...

Right on! I'm going to have to try this. I'm seeing a friend tomorrow that always has a very nice traditional style collection and often complains that my "toys" are no good for it. The oven cleans well with a little baking soda scrub, fingers crossed.

PBW is the brand name for the cleaner. I think it stands for powdered brewers wash. It’s used in home brewing to clean out those large glass carboys with the narrow openings.

Try boiling some vinegar and give it a soak. Could be hard water stains. Happens to me often. PBW also works well.

I've been impressed, I had a session half way through a snow shoe hike Saturday morning. It was -16c or 3.2f outside. Venty was in the outside pocket of an uninsulated shell for over an hour before I used it and it didn't skip a beat.
