you want it dry.. I think your not getting vapor cause you weed is too wet @joker grond it up put it on a piece of notebook paper for 30-40 min to dry it out even more then vape it... I bet you'll see more vapor... adding water is just adding water / steam... you dont want that

make sure the center pin on the atty didnt just get pushed in,,, it's the positive post in the middle.. Sometimes they get pushed in and can be pulled back out slightly to make contact
