mine is still going strong too... also my brother's works fine (although it has a tempermental inner hose that falls off when he blows up his bags too much - so it fills slowly). Quality product, wish it were still around.

Easy clean solution: take something strong and thin (stick, nail, etc), wrap the tip in steel wool, and swizzle it around in the chamber. Basically it is like an industrial strength q-Tip for your vape. It will wipe off all the brown crud. Steel wool should be at AC Moore, Michaels, Home Depot...
