I fail to understand the conservative talking point about taxpayer dollars going towards abortions. Doesn't Planned Parenthood receive funding from the government via Title X, which clearly states that government funds cannot be used for abortions? :shrug:

And NPR, and the health care reform bill, etc. etc. etc. It's not that easy to find any "will of the people" bills anywhere in congress. Disclaimer: Please don't read into that I'm trying to support the failed healthcare bill. I just find it amusing it's even thought of as helping poor people...

Middle school is grades 7 and 8. All schools I went to had a shitload of anti-drug programs, lessons, etc. They didn't do a very good job because they would describe what type of high the drug gives you, so I'm like, "That sounds pretty awesome." I suppose it did work though, I didn't indulge...
