So what happens when/if something goes wrong with one of these units? Has anybody successfully done a warranty?

US Order 2367 on 8/12 still pending after 45 days. Would be nice if they answered emails. I haven't personally emailed, but it looks like the comments on their Instagram page have people worried it is an exit scam.

My replacement base is on the way. took about 48 hours after contacting john at support. Contacted support through their regular web form at the same time and haven't heard back from there. They paid for ship back label. I received an invoice having the base listed at 249.99. Atomizer selling...

Looks like the peak atomizer is going to go for 40$. With their shipping it comes to almost 50$. On their site now. Comes with ceramic bowl. Wonder if the only way to get official ceramic bowls is to buy the whole atomizer or if those will sell separate. I broke one just by burning with a torch...

Where did you all order quartz cups for peak? I see many talking but cant find an actual link to buy them. People have claimed 3 months or more waiting on an ascent warranty replacement (previous model) if that is any indicator.

Not to mention - what looks like transparency only happened because of the huge out-lash from angry customers. A little digging, not JUST on FB but twitter, here and elsewhere pretty much backs it up.
