My appt was postponed from Feb 22nd to today Feb 28th. Took a while to get in, but I got my recommendation. Very happy today! They offered a brochure for delivery services but I was late and ran out and forgot it. I am going to go back tomorrow and get it. Not sure where else I can really get it...

I got a label to send mine back but then my grandmother passed away and I totally forgot about it. Its been like 4 mths since then and I just never sent it back. So I haven't been able to use it since. The mouthpiece is currently stuck in the unit and I can't get it off. I would send yours back...
