Hi all, I just want to pop in and say what's up. I guess I am fortunate to have gotten my early-bird right when they started shipping early-November 2013. I am really happy with it and I'm using the Hydratube exclusively now. Thanks a lot stonemonkey55 and crew! My EVO is going great. I...
First impressions of my Early Bird Cloud EVO + hydratube are very good. The heater unit is quite a bit lighter than I expected. I almost knocked it over a couple of times. The plastic is a little bit cheapy looking and feeling. It does not give the impression of a $500+ device, but I guess...
Vitolo turned me on to the hot water hits a while back. What I do is pop my little bubbler in the microwave for 15 secs. I have made the water too hot a few times and it can be unpleasant so be careful.
cord-retention method.
Stem is the thick silicon and the 18mm male to hose adapter is from Aqualab. It was the most direct one I could find. The hose part is smaller than 3/8" so I clamped it down with cable ties.
Concave screen. I did convex (dome screen) for a while and found...
(1) Man I am so baked, I am just gonna sit here with a pumpkin in my head and my little bubbler, just in case I need to get more baked.
(2) Don't mind me I'm just bakin' a pumpkin in my head. I just took a rip from my vapor brothers original whip vape and made it oh so mild with my brand new...
rekrab, I liked your video. Especially one of the last scenes I think with you cruising a wave and brushing the water with your fingers. Really feeling it. Nice. I am a barefoot runner. Here's a video I made.
I'd like to make some better videos but I'm pretty busy. I've run a few...
I for one am willing to wait for as long as it takes to make the best vaporizer in the f*cking universe, even if it takes a trillion years. I will still be here. And when I get the cloud I will rip the biggest most epic hit, and I will raise my clenched fist to the sky.
Onionkid the thing about the notches is a joke. There has been a silly argument about whether or not the pax has notches in the oven, because some people apparently are convinced there are.
I don't like needing expensive bulky vaporizers. Vaping is more of an ordeal than it needs to be. But I suppose you could say this about making coffee too.
I have only recently been made aware of this notches debate. I have had a PAX since they were first released. I had the original, and a replacement a few months later. Neither PAX had a notch.
vapeguy, the unit involuntarily going into temperature setting mode is the primary issue that...
Look for convection-type vaporizers. They blow hot air through the load. When the hot air isn't blowing through it, the load isn't cooking. PAX is a conduction-type vaporizer. The hot oven walls are what heat up the herb. When you power down the unit it's still hot for a few minutes and...
