How high are you running your temp? If you back it down to around 12 o'clock, you'll be able to get around 20-30 hits or so. But if you crank it up to around 3 o'clock, you'll only get a few hits. Draw speed also plays a huge factor. Just goof around with it and you'll figure out what works best...

The wand hash should be fine assuming it was stored in a dry and clean place. I can't speak from experience though. If it looks or smells different than normal wand hash, you might want to avoid it. Hopefully somebody here will be able to give you a more solid answer. Welcome back to vaporizing!
